Happy Birthday! I hope you live to be an old lecherous man, like george Burns but without the cigar. I hope you write many more novels and I hope your first will be published without terror and miles of tape to cut through. I hope you produce a zillion more albums, make a sequel to TFNM and create a thousand new and brilliant things which only you could you dream. Most of all, I hope you get your tennis career back.

The happiest of birthdays to you, Bruce! May we celebrate many many more years of cheese slices and ham chunks. And your running o'er the streets of Studio City can't but help our celebrations to continue for ages and ages. Meanwhile, I sit here like so much fish, but that's really rather inconsequential at the moment, fishwise, because the main thing is, HAPPY FREAKIN' BIRTHDAY, BK!!!

Yes, Happy (Freaking) Birthday. May you live to be very old and stooped over, and may your days always be filled with Diet Coke and cotton underpants.

Sorry I couldn't be the first, but at least I'm the second to use the Unseemly Donation Button to send you a little birthday support for haineshisway.com. And give Guy my best wishes, too. I hear it's his birthday, too -- a remarkable coincidence! But, of course, he's much older.

Happiest of birthdays to you, BK. Does this mean 12/8 is a date which will live in Fynfamy?

"Weekday Heros" was one of YOUR works?! Fantastic! I remember watching it, and remember how it brought back so many rememberances. I also remember meeting Engineer Bill, at a model train store, of course. He was a very friendly and kind man. Thank-you for the memories. And happy birthday!

To the only man older than myself, many happy returns of the day...

Wow, what a party! I had to go out and get some more cheese slices and ham chunks! Thanks to all for your lovely posts today - it has made it a very special birthday indeed. Thanks to Robert Armin for using the handy-dandy Unseemly Donation Button, and a big hello to Julia all the way in Ireland. Glad to know that S. Woody White remembers Weekday Heroes and he'll be glad to know that in the show I actually go Engineer Bill to play Red Light, Green Light.

Hey, where are all the partygoers? I've got fresh cheese slices and ham chunks here, for heaven's sake. A hale and hearty welcome to Vera Charles. Perhaps her friend Mame will come and pay us an unseemly visit.

Happy Belated Birthday, Bruce! Just wanted to mention that, being an L.A. native like yourself, I remember ol' Sheriff John AND Engineer Bill, too - although I was a miserable failure at "Red Light, Green Light", since I hated milk and drank kool-aid instead.....:)

Hi Bruce,
I stumbled upon your web site by accident while using google for my search engine. I was entertained to see, my cousin Vincent (known to me all my life as tin-sin) and his girl friend Stephanie were with you for your Birthday. Unfortunately, Vincent brought poor Stephanie to Buffalo shortly after that, and she got the pleasure of seeing over 7 feet of snow fall in 4 days! :)
I would like to ask you a question.(okay, I am really asking you for some gossip) That picture of Stephanie and Vincent on Vincent’s web site, did that or did that not look like an engagement picture :) LOL!!!! Or is that wishful thinking?
Hope your Birthday was wonderful; maybe next year Vincent and Stephanie can bring you to Buffalo :)!
