DR MBarnum - While I was browsing the book selection at MoMA the other day, I came across this book, which I thought would undoubtedly interest you:

Behind the Scenes of Hindi Cinema: A Visual Journey through the Heart of Bollywood

Tickets just went on sale for DAMN YANKEES at citycenter.org or 212-581-1212.  Regular Broadway prices, but they are even selling the very close orchestra pit seats (first three rows), if you like sitting really close.

Of the major venues, City Center has the consistently-second-friendliest box office phone staff in town.  They are a very very close second behind Second Stage, which is the most friendly, IMHO.

But you can see that it doesn't stop me from blabbering incessantly anyway.

Keep it up and you'll be in a sea of trouble!

I don't understand why some audition calls that DR JoseSPiano plays have so many actors that they have to type people out, and others where the staff is sitting around waiting for people to come in.

Hello!

I put this morning aside to get my garden back into shape. We've had a lot of rain and the weeds just appeared from nowhere. I wasn't able to do it all today; it's my first gardening session of the season and wow! can I feel it! I did about half of it, but it already looks much, much better.

On a side note:

I was awakened at 5:30 am this morning by a strange sound and weird vibrations and it seems there was a 5.4 earthquake about 120 miles east of St Louis....we certainly felt it here!

It's another absolutely gorgeous day here. Once the laundry is done I will go out for a bit.
