Oh... I'm not sure I mentioned it the other day, but the prices at Levain went up by a quarter.  -Now I'm just wondering how many rolls of quarters they're going to have to keep in the register since they have a lots of baked goods priced at $2.25. $2.25, $3.75, etc.

I finished watching all of the bonus features on THE SANTA CLAUSE 3. Though there were quite a few of them, none lasted longer than 5 minutes (apart from the commentary), so getting through them all was very quick and painless. Too bad there wasn't more content.

Michael Lembeck's commentary was very thorough, sometimes too much so. I mean, did we need to know the quantities of every toy on the set? Still, he sounds like he loved directing the movie (he did the previous sequel as well) and enjoyed working with everyone. I wish the finished product had more entertainment value. The script let them down: just not witty enough and not enough inicident to make it memorable.

I fell asleep during PUSHING DAISIES. I think this is my cue that my time with this show is over. I had said that before, but I thought I'd give it one more chance to engage me. I needn't have bothered. No more.

PRIVATE PRACTICE was a downer tonight as well. Three births, two of them irritatingly complex, and the third with an unhappy mother. And the doctors still treating their personal lives like they were still in high school. Sheesh!

Hmmm, I fell asleep during Project Runway - but I think that was just because my brain was fried from a meeting earlier this evening.

At least PROJECT RUNWAY didn't disappoint. I enjoyed getting to know all the designers a bit, and I had NO problem with the person who was sent home, and I agreed with the person who won. I did dislike one of the dresses from the "safe" group which I found very bland.

The season appears to be a lot of fun upcoming.

Well, it's almost time for me to head back up to my room and get a good night's sleep.  The van will be here tomorrow to pick me up at 8:00am, and then we head to the ship.  The ship doesn't sail until 5:00pm, but I'll be rehearsing with the cast members during the afternoon on board the ship.  Then the workshop takes place during the day on Friday.  -And, apparently, I'll still have some time to head into Nassau for a few hours after the workshop.  And that's all the "work" I have to do this weekend.  Saturday we dock at Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, and then once we're back in Orlando on Sunday morning, I definitely plan to spend a few hours in the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.  -Oh, and I really want to see (finally) the new "Finding Nemo" show.

Ira Levin (who once dated the mother of DR NOEL).

Yes - thank you to all who asked – the finger is feeling better, although I still can’t straighten it or curl it.

Exhausted from all these benefits.:
1)   The $400-a-plate NYMF Gala and Silent Auction, for which I played the opening number (Life of the Party) and then received the first award.
2)   The Such Good Friends cabaret, featuring SO many of the White Christmas stars mentioned here today - Shannon O’Bryan, Kate Baldwin, Kerry O’Malley, Graham Rowan, Jeffry Denman - performing the work of blacklisted writers.
3)   The Artistic New Directions annual last night, where I sang two songs and accompanied two others

I missed Donald’s netcasts on the previous site, so I searched for him and found myself here.

I can’t believe you remembered Ira Levin once dated my mother.  My mother barely remembers it, much as I coax her to say “He Vas My Boyfriend!”

I recommend Wordplay, which features a former DR singing the obvious Maltby/Shire song.

I saw the White Christmas run-through on Monday.  Brian D’Arcy James nearly stepped on my foot.  If you’re anywhere near the Wang…

If anyone wants to "follow along", here's the info page about my cruise:

3-Night Bahamian Cruise

And here the info on my ship:

Disney Wonder

*The two ships in the Disney Cruise Line - the other one is the Disney Magic - are basically identical.  However, there are plans to add two more ships to their line - two bigger ships.

Vixmom, still waiting for your amazon review.

Yes I must get working on that.  Vixter took the book as soon as I was done and read it.  She brought it to school and was reading it there, many of her classmates asked her about it and expressed interest as well

She absolutely loved it and wants to know when the next book in the series will be ready!!!

DR DerBrucer - I spell my name - well, my parents spelled my name without an accent over the "e".  It's just "Jose", not "José".  You can save your keystrokes for DR François' cedille. ;)

How about Joçaix?

Happy Birthday/ Anniversary to HHW!

Great news for DR Jose!

Btw, DR Cillaliz, RE: dancing with the stars. I had no idea that all the dancers were married to each other! (jonathan to anna, and edyta to (is his name) alex. Crazy!  Btw, i disagree with your friend paul.  It was a full week later. I think last week would have not been right. But we're almost  at the end now.

Not a full week from the funeral. That was last Friday.
