What I don't understand is I went to see two surgeons.  Isn't surgery what surgeons want to do?

Perhaps you mistakenly saw sturgeons instead of surgeons?

I did suggest that DR TCB emigrate to Canada and a good health system!

I found this http://www.nzherald.co.nz/section/1/story.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=10464377 about the Little Pumpkin.  Sounds like  a sad but all too familiar story.

You drove to work?  The way you were carrying on, I thought you had walked. :-\

I'm walking when I can.  It turns out that I couldn't today.  Tomorrow I'm going to Ikea with my sister and that will involve a LOT of walking...slow walking, but a lot of it.

If I'm not in bed by 11 p.m. after a show, I usually go home.

I have thought of that more than once... Vixdad's parents and sister  and her family all live there.... the way the school system works seems better as well

Congrats to DR MATTH on his video upgrade!

Thank you, DR JRand. And I have to say that I couldn't be more pleased. Yes, it's going to take some time to get adjusted to the new set doing things differently from the old one. I'm going to have to spend some time reteaching my universal remote to understand keystrokes that the dedicated remote already knows. And there is still some calibration to come. I haven't even thought about the settings for the laserdisc machine and may not get to that for weeks.

More about tonight's viewing on the enw TV later.
