Thanks though it was a bad day with my elbow. I feared I would jump in pain when the needle was in my other arm. Fortunately the sharp shooting pains calmed down just in time.

I'm thinking more people would be likely to try the "Beto Diet" than the "Ted Cruz" diet. Even with all those burgers, Beto seems to be in better shape. Maybe he just takes a bite of burger at each stop. Or doesn't eat the roll?

I'll do some research about their differences on social issues in the morning.
