I'm off to Toyland: yesterday my esteemed colleague Mr Tom Murray made a trip to the Library of Congress to check out some minutiae in the Herbert collection and to photocopy some stock arrangements on BABES, published between 1903 and 1905, made by Mr Herbert's esteemed colleague and orchestrator Otto Langey. Today, we'll go through the materials he's copied.
