Page Four Johnny Appleseed Dance!!!

I must admit, when I was a kid I thought Johnny's Guardian Angel was, well, hot.

I was corrupted by Disney!   :o

I'm conjuring up the spirit of Carol Burnett's great career.

They only kept me an extra fifteen minutes.

By then, der Brucer was waiting for me so that we could go vote.

The polling site was just across the highway, but anyone trying to hoof it across the highway around here is subtracting a few years from their life expectancy.  (Another note of local contention, of course.)

Then we went up to the local WalMart, where they didn't have any of the new R&H DVDs on sale.  Which sort of figured.

I am going to try the Meijer Store tomorrow before venturing out to Wal Mart....of course BlockBuster also sells new DVD's - but they are a bit pricey.  :P

I did find a French edition of a Louis L'amour book one day.

Are you fluent in French?

Those vibes are great.  Thank you, all.  I even voted.  Twice!

Speaking of F Fluent, this guy gets hit by a truck.  the paramedics put him on a stretcher and say "Sir, are you comfortable?"  The guy says "I make a good living."

Corporal to leader of USO blondes as they depart the bus:

"It's lunch time, do you want to mess with the officers or the enlisted men?"

Blonde in charge:  "We don't care, but we have to get something to eat first."

Matt H., you had better hope your package arrives on Wednesday or Thursday, because Friday in a National Holiday.

Darn, I needed to mail a birthday card to arrive before the 11th!  I can't seem to get my act together lately.

DerBrucer-Bryan told us about the Kopi Luwa coffee beans ages ago prompting many a family discussion.  As fascinated as we all are by the fact anyone even thought to make coffee from these beans, none of us plan on tasting them. ;D

Very much worth the effort DR FJL - but only a Queenslander would try the coffee.
