I have buttoned the liner into my coat and am ready to brave the NY winter! (Not too much colder than Atlanta, actually...)

DR Edi - please give my regards to Broadway and all those Hainsies & Kimlets you're going to see this weekend.  Stay warm, too!

I assume you mean "unaware of their Jewishness, not of them per se,

No sir, I meant what I said. For example, I had never heard of Judah Benjamin, second to Jefferson Davis in the Confederacy hierarchy.

Funny--because he's one of the ones I mention in my review.  :)

Fascinating that a month and a half before the purported start date of Nine, they'd be doing script changes - the fact that most of the rest of the film remains uncast, should tell you that March was never in the cards.  Miramax has signed an interim deal with the WGA and therefore script work can continue, but I don't see that there's any start date in the near future.

I had a craving for Casa Vega, so I went and had a late lunch, and now I don't have to endure the Pig 'n' Whistle.

I've done my seven pages, but I'm sort of thinking I'll do at least one more.

...And since I was supposed to play some of the casting sessions for the U.S., New York-based actors... :-\
