Did it take her that long to clean it?

The residents of Vashon Island will be delighted to know that they have reappeared, ala Brigadoon.  The island vanished yesterday afternoon when the snow started, but it is back.

VIBES to BK that it all resolves in your favor -

although I must caution you that in New York (at least) if you hit him the rear (even though he was committing an illegal act) it would be established as your fault as the duty is imposed upon you to be able to stop in time to avoid hitting unexpected obstacles -  ypour case would have been easier to prove if he hit you  or if you had even hit him in the front

Danise -it sounds like you had fun - and do not be embarrassed about being treated  - my Pastor recently counseled me that inorder for peopel to do good there must be a Giver and a Receveier and that it is incumbent upon us to play each role in its turn with equal grace

Well I went to church this morning whihc was sparsely attended due toteh freezing rain falling on top of yesterday's snow -- it has since warmed up and nowe the snow is all being washed away by the rain

I was advised by my doctor that I could attend church if I stood 3 feet from people and didn't touch - fortunalty most of the people sitting around me  were aware of my situation and were not offended when I "passed the peace" with a  wave instead of a handshake or hug or kiss

Page 1057 of my memoirs, near the bottom of the page, in small type:

Thanks to Jose Simbulan.

You're going to have 1057 pages?

Oh, that's just the introduction, Jose!

Looks like I am snowbound for the day, unless it warms up...which could happen. Right now my car is buried under a lot of snow, and worst of all, ice that can't be broken through with any scraper.

I think I will watch some movies.

Methinks....a portable hair dryer and an extension cord might help break through that ice, MBarnum.

Back from "preachin'" and lunch.  Instead of my aunt eating here, we all went out to the Persimmon Hill Golf Club and ate in their dining hall.  VERY GOOD FOOD!  Yum.

I did like Mamma Mia the movie. But to me it was nowhere near as good as the stage show.

And I did not know you were the publicist for the film THE ASTRO ZOMBIES?!! Who knew?

If there's anything you need, have Jed or I come by and stand under your balcony and we'll throw it up to you!

Oh, the possibilities are rife...      ;)

I got to and from church.  Our substitute organist did, too.  And 20 members of the choir, and most of the congregation.  So it was a good Sunday.   :)

Actually, the shot of Steve and me was taken in Thunder Bay, Ontario.  We were there doing a car show.

Ah, THE ASTRO ZOMBIES.

One of the great shlock movies.  Ed Wood would have been proud.

Ted Mikels is an old friend, though we do have very different tastes in filmmaking.

I think that this might have been Wendell Corey's last movie...or close to it.  He had a drinking problem and was not getting the good roles any longer.  [Why else would he do this movie?]

I recall that, after he finished his last scene, he said "goodbye" to everybody, then tossed his script into the trash can as he walked out the door.

DR Jane - did you have a camera with a timer to get some shots of all of you together?

Yup.

In fact, I think he even helped arrange the film's financing.
