DR MBARNUM I am glad you enjoyed your Weekend in Havana......I will take Mr Payne and you can have  Mr Morgan.

I think Michael is looking forward to a Payne-Morgan sandwich.

Good Evening!

Day Two of UPTA's is almost done for me. I was done at the theater around 3:00, and then headed to Huey's for a burger. -A very good burger. In about an hour I have to play some callbacks for the theater I'll be working at this Spring. And then, hopefully, another good night's sleep. Today's auditions "felt" much better after a full eight hours of slumber last night.

Of course not.  Everything is reversed.  It snows at low altitudes in Austria and get warmer as you climb every mountain.

Woody's idea of Afternoon Delight was to make a batch of chicken liver pate.

And in Tom's honor we have Australian Lamb shoulder chops marinating for dinner. (Probably to be served with  Brussel sprouts from Mexico and mashed potatoes).

Will the Brussel sprouts be done in a nice peanut sauce?

No - my Life Insurance premiums are not current.

Maybe a Bleu cheese sauce.

I prefer my brussel sprouts with a lemon sauce.

I also prefer NZ lamb.  Fortunately it does not taste of wherever it's been. ( a S.T. reference)

DR MattH - Is this the season of "Friday the 13th" that has the multi-episode arc with the demonic possession? -Some of the episodes take place in a French hospital/asylum? Maybe that was season three (if there was a third season). In any case, I remember those being full of some good scares.

...Although, I'm very partial to roasted Brussel Sprouts lately.  Just simply drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. The crispy leaves are sooooo good.
