Mom is going into the hospital  for a heart procedure

And Dad is in rehab. He has been in the hospital/rehab since last December and has not been home since

After work yesterday, since it FINALLY stopped raining, I went out in the back yard and tackled all the weeds that have been thriving in this rainy weather -- I filled three large "contractor" trash bags and had to stop as it became too dark to see ( and I still have two flower beds and one 100 foot length of fencing to complete


They I came in and cooked dinner , cleaned up and started catching up here around 11 -

I was so tired I started dozing off again while reading - I have just woken up with a terible lower back ache 

hopefully the Aleve liquid gel tab I just took will help
