Yes.  People in their class suggested that they apply to be on the show and they got chosen.  He said that the show was VERY edited to tell stories that the producers wanted to tell.

My birthday celebration was much fun.  I got home around 10:30 and feeling no pain after two frozen margaritas.  I was ready for bed.

The Cafe Frida dinner was wonderful and the company was cherce.

I just heard the sad news that Rick Centalonza, the good reed player - the other reed player caused problems and played poorly - on many of my recordings with BK, has passed away.  He was a good man.
