Watched a few episodes of THE MARY TYLER MOORE SHOW (Season 3), and they're just as fresh and funny as they always were. Tremendous writing and superb performances.

I'm going to revisit HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN tonight. I noticed one of the networks is showing one of the POTTERs in high definition, but while I may pop in for a second just to see what it looks like, I can't suffer through the three plus hour movie with commercials every eight minutes.

With love's light wings did I o'er-perch these walls;
For stony limits cannot hold love out,
And what love can do that dares love attempt;
Therefore thy kinsmen are no let to me.

Were they an item?

No, but possibly separated at birth.

Sad but I am not surprised. Betty Friedan has been ill for a while with Cancer I think. Al Lewis was in his late 80s I believe.

According to one article I read, Betty Friedan died today, on her birthday.  She just turned 85.

THIS article on cnn.com says that Al Lewis was 83 years old.  However, THIS article on comcast.net says that he was 95 years old.  His IMDB.com listing also has his birthday at 1910, which would make him 95 (his birthday is in April).

I've watched the new SE of All The President's Men and am now watching Polanski's Oliver Twist.  Shortly I shall leave to attend this evening's performance.  Pray for Rosemary's Baby.

I'm told we have quite a nice-sized house this evening.

"Oh they know....they know....  You leave a door unlocked, the whole junkie world lights up."

"It took the seven Santini Brothers three days to move everything in here, two junkies aren't going to move it out in five minutes."

"So the world is responsible for unemployment?"
"Surprised aren't you?"

"People like that always have water.  They have it so people like us can get it."

I love that play - and loved playing that part!
