Tom and Colin should be in Niagra Falls/Buffalo or Toronto by now. I hope that their time with Dan-in-Toronto is as pleasant.

Tuesday morning greetings!  This afternoon I have Know It All Now training - that's Ohio's live chat 24/7 reference service that we monitor weekday afternoons and Saturdays.  I hear there's a real nice thank-you gift...

Good morning!

We're back to early fall! Cool mornings where I can cool down the house and then shut the doors and windows for the high 70s-low 80s that the afternoon brings.

Should be a beautiful day today.

I'm going to try the new Ted Danson comedy tonight: HELP ME HELP YOU. Well, I'll DVR it; I'll probably be watching LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT during that time period.

Looks like an offshoot of the old BOB NEWHART SHOW. The patients seem like they may be fun to watch.

I'm up, I'm up.  Slept until ten, which I really needed to do.  Now I shall go out and see about some running shoes.

I've been so busy pimping my own projects, I miss doing the same for dear friends.  Here's the NYMF page on THE LAST STARFIGHTER:

DR Elmore - thanks for the links for your show and for Fred & Skip's.  It's so much fun to stand on the virtual sidelines as these projects develop.

Took a nice long walk (no new shoes yet) and am having a cuppa tea.

Agree with some of the choices already made, but here's the beginning of my official list:

The Best Years Of Our Lives
North By Northwest
Singin' In The Rain
It's A Wonderful Life

I am not sure that I am qualified to answer today's TOD but I will do my best:

Maybe:

IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE
ALL THAT HEAVEN ALLOWS
LAGAAN
INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS
INTERNATIONAL HOUSE

hmmm...that is all I can think of.

Good Morning!

Well, I thought sleeping in would be a good idea, but I have a sense that I may have slept a bit too much.  Ah, well...

However, I have nothing scheduled until the show tonight so...

But, I do have some relatives visiting, so I'll be heading out to my parents' place in a bit for a visit.

TOD: Some of mine have already been mentioned (It's a Wonderful Life, The Philadelphia Story) but the remaining might be:
Play It Again, Sam
The Producers
Man Facing Southeast
The 5,000 Fingers of Dr. T
Quiz Show
Truly, Madly, Deeply
Harold and Maude
Amadeus
(I'm sure I'm forgetting something REALLY important!!)

As a relative newbie, I've already been introduced to new music, plays and films that I never would have heard of if I had not visited. (Not to mention Acquanetta!)

Some day, I'd love the topic of the day to be everybody's favorite documentaries. I would love to hear everyones' impressions and discover some new films I haven't seen. (BTW, a few days ago somebody mentioned "Wordplay", the crossword puzzle doc. It's definitely worth seeing!) So bk, when you run out of TODs....
