And the word of the day is: FUBSY!What a cute word!
My eyes need new glasses but my critical eye caught two spelling errors that were neither mine nor DR vixmom's: my favorite was The Sty of the Blond Pig, not brunette, not a redhead, and not blind.

The first half of the commission fee for the "Appalachian Requiem" landed in my account this morning, so that will cover the Ohio property taxes next week. That's a big burden off my proverbial shoulders.

MY BROADWAY QUOTE OF THE DAY:
" I know I'm who I am today because I knew you."
Any guesses on what musical this is from?

I received a C-PAP (air pillow model) on Tuesday. I'm doing a test run between now and March 4. So far, I'm "into" it. I can sleep on my side and my sleep seems more stable and restful.
Bob Evans? Waffle House? Frisch's? IHOP? Perkins (if there are any left out there)? Original Pancake House?

Cracker Barrel - Richard's choice.
Haven't had a breakfast there in several years. Remember a couple of great ones.
Am taking off at Noon today. Won't be back at work until Tuesday. We have a four-day weekend (we get Lincoln's birthday, tomorrow...and Monday is President's Day).

LOL, DR cillaliz! I've never liked nor trusted Donald Trump, but there's still a side of me that thinks this whole Nazi-Fascist presidential game he's playing is a shill for the Democrats to keep the GOP off-balance and in turmoil. He's not so bad, Elmore. He wouldn't be a good businessman if he couldn't delegate to people who know what the heck they are doing. And he would keep you riled up for four years, that could be entertaining :)
And now we've got our former mayor Bloomberg playing at being Ralph Nader. All very interesting . . .

Good result vibes!!!
DR George, I saw the first NYC production of On the Verge. It was just glorious. I remember nothing about the actual plot, but I remember how much fun it was, and how moving, the three actresses were quite wonderful, and it was imaginatively directed. I had forgotten that it was a production of The Acting Company. I would have guess Roundabout or Playwrights Horizons:

I don't know if it's life imitating art, but things have taken a bad turn for Brendan Coyle, who plays the woe-begotten Bates on Downton Abbey. He's had his driving privileges suspended in England because of a DUI.
Congrats!
Of course, he's not talking about me when he says, "It is an intelligent play for sophisticated adults."
::)
It still doesn't grab me.
My trial next week got continued so I bought a ticket to see Ragtime. It was going to be here the first night of trial, which wasn't doable. I haven't seen it before and haven't even heard the music from it
Cilla, you said last night's GREY'S ANATOMY was good. I thought it was on Thursday night.
Tom, I'm so pleased that you'll have some help with the cleaning. I haven't found anyone yet, but mine will have to wait a bit because I have a lot of expenses right now. I truly hope Betzy works out well for you. And it's always good to settle disagreements.
I should have argued with them, just so they would feel at home.
Cilla, you said last night's GREY'S ANATOMY was good. I thought it was on Thursday night.
Well I meant tonight. It's been a long week
I am no longer angry about being in this wheelchair.
I woke up this morning really thinking that I need a Mental Health Day. I ended up doing laundry and some tossing, both of which I'm glad to get done. Still a lot more tossing to do. I swear I don't know where it all comes from. It's not like I never throw anything out!

I wasn't sure I was right. I don't watch any of those shows on Thursday.
Cilla, I am excited about you seeing RAGTIME.
Hi, Cilla.
I got a decent ticket. There are lots of tickets still available, sad but true
I have been totally exhausted this week. Writing two appeal briefs last weekend - each around 25 pages and on totally different issues, really burned me out. I had done most of the research, but still spent 9-10 hours on each one over the weekend. Monday through Wednesday were very busy with work, Rotary, PEO, you name it.

I wish I could come out there and go with you.
I have suits in about 3 or 4 sizes now, lol. I don't get rid of them. So if I gain or lose, I usually have something I can wear to court

I suspect most people have clothes in a couple sizes. I do. Sizing isn't very consistent, anyway.
I did read the book back when it first came out. I don't remember a lot of it, but it may come back to me during the show

Maybe it's not just work. A friend and I were talking earlier about how tired we both were feeling. That's when I checked the pollen report. Also, there seem to be some very strange things going on in the Heavens. You may be getting hit from several directions.

Well, I won't over praise the show, but I think you will really enjoy it.
Suddenly, everybody is asking me what my next show is going to be. The physical limitations haven't changed just because I did one show this year.
I've been sneezing so badly that I can barely see straight.

That's got to feel really good. Apparently people are seeing your abilities and not your limitations. :)
The rain is back in force here in Tacomaland.
That was true, but I still wanted her to meet my friends.
The rain is back in force here in Tacomaland.
I got lucky and avoided walking in the rain today.
I swear, for a couple who spend virtually 24 hours a day, they certainly seem to get on each other's nerves.
They don't even watch golf, it just happened to be on the TV in the restaurant..
I'm a bit down about the Paul situation. But, it's not the first time a very liberal friend has walked away from years of friendship because I became more conservative - mostly economically conservative.

What about the poor dog upstairs?
My friend, Betzy, and I have settled all our disagreements.
At least, I hope we have.
I think it should work out well.
So I would say we are both in a happier place.
Welcome to the TCB Hour!
I am no longer angry about being in this wheelchair.
So nice to see you say this.

I am sorry Paul is behaving that way. You should be able to change your views without it affecting your friendship. Especially a long time friendship.

I know. With Paul, it may pass, but it still hurts. The other friend had been my best friend in the world for almost 30 years. But I didn't like our current President. She hasn't talked to me since the last election

Paul comes back after the elections, however, his saying you are about the money has got to hurt.

He only got drizzeled on during my watch. Tomorrow night I fear we will get very wet.

But, I got a couple new suits, had a great lunch and tomorrow I have time to catch up with a number of things at the office that I've gotten behind on.

They have a raincoat by the door with his leash. Last time I walked him in the pouring rain they said not to bother with it. This is the Westies with a Westie clip. If I take him in rain like that again I will try and put his coat on.

So, it's time for me to leave.
Be back later!

Good evening. Good Grey's Anatomy last night for any of you who watch it
Page Nine?? Wow! I've got some ketchuping to do!
Skip page five, I think that is the one.
