I awoke from a hideous dream about our house (not this house, but it was our house, if you know what I mean) about to be swept away by a huge flood and we were desperately trying to get as much out of the house as we could before it was too late.  I am struggling not to take this as a sign regarding the "troubles" I mentioned the other day.

Started my review copy of ROCK-A-BYE-BABY last night and actually laughed out loud at any early bit featuring Frances' soon to be summer stock co-star Reginald Gardiner.

I will also say that Marilyn Maxwell looks a LOT older than Jerry, despite being only five years older than he is.

Dream-O-Matic 6000 says that this dream indicates that you are feeling overwhelmed by outside forces and sometimes regret time spent away from home and family caused by work and others - you seek a schedule that will give more of your time to home and family before time changes circumstances there.

Hmmmmmm..... DR JMK - the billing contract that FF signed for "The Party Crashers" lists her Hollywood address as

6626 Franklin Av, Hollywood....

Google search discloses that this is the Chateau des Fleurs Apts which is apparently still standing......interesting building, I guess Frances & Lee lived there at one time.

We've been entertaining backyard company this morning.  Funny, we didn't see many squirrels in the yard while this guy was here!

Here is one of the knitting projects I have going.  It's a sampler scarf and I'm learning a lot of new stitches, most recently cables, which are not as difficult as they look:

Watching the second half of "Marie Antoinette" this morning. Great performances and certainly a great looking movie, but I'm not won over by it.

Is this the Norma Shearer one or the one that Coppola's daughter(?) made?

On my way to the market, I stopped in the restaurant where Charlotte is waiting tables and we set a date for ONCE: next Friday night, March 2. I came home, bought the tickets and we're in the center orchestra in Row L, on the aisle. i am so excited to be seeing this again!

John, CDs are made and postage is printed but I just realized I'm out of envelopes, so they'll be off to you tomorrow or Thursday.
