Yesterday, Jane asked (in reference to Danise's "Anderson" episode):
Quote
DR George at the end of the Anderson show does he mention where the clothes come from?

I'll have to check later.  It's too late to find out now. ;)

I've seen it locally twice.  I love this show and the score!  I LOVED Rupert's show "Remember WENN" on the old American Movie Classics (before it became just AMC).  I wish that Kritzerland could release some of the songs or even the show on DVD and/or Blu-ray.  It's never been released at all!  What's that all about??

Yes, thank you all.  We are fine.  My home is about 20 minutes west of Indy....and our shop in near Greenwood - we got some hail, but not much.  Heavy rain in the morning and early afternoon, but that's about all.  High winds, but nothing damaging.

The small towns destroyed are down south near the Ohio River....very sad.....several people were killed, they are saying - but of course they haven't even gotten to all of the areas yet to search.

Thanks to DR ELMORE for the ONCE report.

TOD:

I like WHERE LOVE HAS GONE - although when WWII hero Mike Conners returns and then takes Susan Hayward out for a drive, there is a 1962 Corvair parked on the street in the process shot.

I've been tidying up the garden. The weather is back to cold and wet - it varies from one day to the next, making it difficut to know what to wear when going out.

Larry, we are down to the last 6 episodes of Duchess of Duke Street.

I had no idea how much the "conshies" or conscientious objectors were derided and disliked! But in the end the jerk career Sergeant is the one who looks like an idiot and he gets his comeuppance!

World War I is winding down and sad things are happening all over!!!

Good morning, all! I got to bed late so I slept late, and I am fighting a headache. I have plenty of work hwere, so that's my day. I need to run to market before noon to pick up a few things, but I'll be mostly around the apartment tiday.

DR Ben, has Charlie come back to London from the war? That episode and the next couple of them are the real hearbreakers of the series.

TOD:

I watched a bunch of those big budget all-star sudsers when I was younger and have no idea if I would still enjoy them, but it was always great to see all those stars together. A few that come to mind:

Voyage of the Damned
The Hindenburg
Ship of Fools

As for Susan H., I'll go with With a Song in My Heart.

Hi all.  I hope everyone is doing well this morning.  It's a lovely day here in the land of sunshine.

I have to do my laundry at the LM--maybe not for much longer!  It will look strange for me to wash sweaters when our weather is so warm.

So happy to see DR Jrand posting and safe.
