Well, you've read the notes, hopefully the 60% will actually be accurate by morning since it didn't go up as I thought it would, and now it is time for you to post until the 60% cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: AGGIORNAMENTO!
-
First post after BK!
-
First post after TCB!
-
Congrats to BK and the 60% Indiegogo total!
-
Today is my sister's birthday. We're all meeting at her house to celebrate. I was asked to bring some diet Pepsi and Dr. Pepper, and get a couple of veggie pizzas at Brewery City Pizza (http://www.brewerycity.com). My mom will be getting a couple of Costco pizzas.
-
Whew! Not a veggie pizza fan, myself. ::)
-
;)
-
And now, to bed.
Have a good day, all!

New film music perks up - two more signed Elmer Bernstein sheet music and the full score to the Main Title and opening cue of Hammer's The Hound of the Baskervilles by the amazing James Bernard. I recorded this piece for my Sherlock Holmes CD and became friendly with him and he loved the recording. He signed the score to me and obviously it's one of kind.
-
In the morning I'm going to put up about four pages (separately) of the Xeroxed Children Will Listen, a Xerox Sondheim made hand corrections on in red. These are fantastic - had them for years and of course am keeping a few pages for my own self, but I think they will go very quickly.
-
Congrats to MR BK & LEVI on their INDIEGOGO Campaign!
-
For some reason all I did yesterday was EAT.....hopefully I won't have to EAT today....I don't see how it is possible that I would want to....in fact I've probably eaten all I need to until Thursday.

Oh goodness I would like one of those, Into the Woods is one of my favorite shows (Elmore and I deeply disagree on this one!) wonder if I will be able to take sneaky peeks at my phone during the day
-
BTW... Notes are not accurate, I just checked it's not at 60 %.....its 61!
:D

I am glad you have a good appetite , that's a wonderful sign! Continued vibes for you dear Jack!
-
Good News on your win, TCB!! Congratulations!
-
Good morning, all!
-
After my two last unsuccessful attempts to get to Fifth Avenue below 57th Street, I hope this morning is the charmer. When I return from my podiatrist, I will spend the day getting this emptied CD shelf out of my apartment and cleaning up the area before I move a filing cabinet.
-
I could use three things to accomplish this: a dolly, a sherpa, vibes.
-
Wow, an early posting day!
-
Good morning, all.
-
DR Elmore, it's too bad you can't totally avoid that stretch of Fifth Avenue for, like, the next few years!
I know I wouldn't want to be caught up in that mess.

Head south young man!
-
Elmire have you considered putting your DVDs up for sale on this here site?
-
I could use three things to accomplish this: a dolly, a sherpa, vibes.
Vibes fr you my friend. If you could wait until Saturday morning I could supply all 3
-
I should go to work
-
vixmom, are you seeing a show after you see us Saturday?
-
Good morning, all.
-
10 hours of sleep. Wonderful.

Sounds like my kind of day.
-
Two!
-
BK, will the poster also be a perk?
-
DR Jane have you already read The Woman in Cabin 10? Do you all vote on the book or does one person choose? What was this time's choice?
-
Home! I got to 23rd Street successfully, saw my doctor and all is good. The traffic gets worse and worse. Too much time wasted sitting on buses waiting to move.
-
Whew! Not a veggie pizza fan, myself. ::)
Even before I was a vegetarian I preferred my pizza without meat, probably because I have never been a fan of sausage or pepperoni.

This sounds like a great offer.

Vibes for DR elmore!

The person leading the discussion picks the book. Suggestions are welcome. This month I did MAJOR PETTIGREW'S LAST STAND. I needed to decide within 2 minutes so went with a book I would enjoy reading again. The discussion was a good one, and different from the discussion with my previous book group.
After you read Cabin 10 I almost put a hold on it at my library. I wish I had because I doubt it will be available in time and I shall have to purchase it. There are a lot of holds on this book and even more at my Ashland library.

I am not sure I have to check with
-
Taking sneaky peeks looking for children will listen

I slept until 7:00 this morning and then had trouble getting out of bed. I was very lucky my walking partner asked for an extra 15 minutes this morning before leaving. There was no way I was going to be ready by 7:30 ;D
-
I'm up, I'm up - not quite eight hours.
-
Not sure if we'll perk the poster.

:D

When I was looking for a picture of the Sherpa in the post above, there were also results for Sherpa jackets. Look at this guy's t-shirt! BK, word of your show is already getting out!

FJL. It's a definite maybe depending on availability of tix

61% - we need a little action today. Don't know whether we can get to seventy, but that would be really great. The Sondheim stuff is weird but interesting - Xerox pages of Children Will Listen (some kind of version created in 1993) - the Xerox is in his hand, which is fun, but the real fun are his corrections and notations in red, all original, all in hand - those range from him writing in actual notes, to comments, to deletions and additions. I have four of these and will put them up at some point today.
-
LOL DR George.
-
Thanks DR VIXMOM!

DR vixmom, that would be great, but my goal to finish up is Friday. Or earlier

LOL DR George.
Exactly.
I can send my own vibes to Elmore.
-
Up from a nap.
-
Well, this is pretty cool. Here's a barbershop quartet called The Newfangled Four in competition singing the Sherman Brothers' Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7BH2CqE5mNQ)! ;D
-
Frontier Airlines is offering $25 flights to New Orleans. I wanna go.
-
Wednesday afternoon greetings! I don't know where the morning went, but Richard and I went out for a late lunch and some errands. It's still crazy hot here and my sinuses are killing me. The weather is supposed to break tonight.
-
Where is Ontario, Calif.? Frontier is offering tix for $39 each way.
-
Let's move on.
-
Three!
-
Where is Ontario, Calif.? Frontier is offering tix for $39 each way.
Is that from anywhere in the country to Ontario, CA (or New Orleans)? We could have a pop-up HHW get-together! Everyone just buy a round-trip ticket, we'll meet at the airport, find food there, visit and hang out for a while, then just head home back to our respective states after a few hours of merriment! Wouldn't that be fun??
:))
-
Seriously. Who cares where it is? Go there, meet and greet, eat, drink, be merry, return happy.
-
That would be so much fun!!
-
Has Bruce out up the new perks? I am showing no changes at the Levi site
-

:o
How much in additional fees?

It is a little over an hour from Bruce, without traffic ;)

Great idea ;D
-
Well, if someone plans an airport HHW gathering, I'll try to be there!
-
But right now, I must leave and get some pizzas for my sister's birthday celebration.
Until later!
-
Good evening!
-
Congrats to BK on the success of the campaign!
-
Congrats, TCB, on your winnings!
-
Yes, new perks just went up. https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/levi-a-new-musical-by-the-sherman-brothers/x/9165600#/
-
We haz stalled and this does not make me happy. Then again, we're on page three which also makes me unhappy. We've had exactly one perk taken today, a small one but each little step gets us closer.
-
I don't know where Frontier flies from, but the sales rates were from San Antonio.
-
A reunion would be great, say for Levi!
-
The sale ends tomorrow.
-
Had dinner tonight with Jay Handelman, the drama critic and now Arts Editor at the paper here in Sarasota. Jay was the one who gave me A Broadway Christmas way back in the day, which led me to reconnecting with Larry, which led me here.
-
Had a nice meal of fish chowder, gulf snapper with fresh veggies and ice cream with berries.
-
There's still 10 posts to page four.
-
Where is everyone?
-
Elmore's getting ready for a kitty.
-
George is still at work.
-
Vixmom probably is, too.
-
BK is occupied with his Indiegogo campaign.
-
Ginny is hopefully not dealing with a nosebleed.
-
Michael is working on his indiegogo campaign (when does it start?)
-
Fred is waxing lyrical about the notorious tweetmonger.
-
And Jeanne isn't cleaning. (At least I hope she isn't. It would make me look bad.)
-
Four!
-
Has anyone watched The Durrells in Corfu?
-
Hillary has read two of the books and loves them.
-
BK is actually occupied with a dead car battery - waiting for AAA. Still under warranty, I believe, but the other times this has happened they keep telling me the battery is fine and that something in the car itself is causing the drain. The past two times it's happened after the charge it's fine for six or eight months - don't get it really but there is literally no battery juice left at the moment.
-
And a computer freeze. Enough already.
-
Another contributor and no update to reflect that - but if you go to the section of the site where we're still trending, the correct total shows up there. I think we will be a percentage point higher now, but we'll see when they update.
-
Sorry about the car battery.
-
I'm off to bed.
-
All this laziness has worn me out.
-
Hello, everyone.
-
Very impressive progress on the Indiegogo, Bruce.
But is Thursday opening night or Friday? The poster says Thursday, but I thought the preview was Thursday.
-
Glad to see that John G is relaxing mightily.
Is this the agenda for this particular break?
-
I had a therapy session with Erik today, then went shopping across the street at my favorite food store.Yum. I took care of some online shopping this afternoon.
-
Ie, no cleaning today.
-
Congrats to TCB on his winnings!
-
Larry, even though I've never seen your apartment your efforts of the last few weeks sound most impressive. I hope you're very happy with the new arrangement.
-

Vixmom has been dealing with some things
-
Been on the phone with the Vixter
-
And with Canadian family members
-
And on FB with several former co workers. We just learned that one of our former coworkers died suddenly in her sleep.. We are all in shock she was in her early 60's and was not ill
-
And in the midst of that conversation the woman I used to share an office with revealed that her cancer has come back after 5 years in remission
-
Vixmom, what a shock. So sorry to hear this. Vibes of comfort to all of you.
-
So it's been a rather fraught evening
-
I hope Bruce's car has been taken care of.
Doesn't this feel like a Mercury Retrograde?
-
Thank you Jeanne
-
Sunnier days ahead for Vixmom and all dealing with difficulties.
-
Good night.
-
Had dinner tonight with Jay Handelman, the drama critic and now Arts Editor at the paper here in Sarasota. Jay was the one who gave me A Broadway Christmas way back in the day, which led me to reconnecting with Larry, which led me here.
Nice.
-
Apparently Hugh Hefner has died at age 91
-
I know BK has some tales of HH in his hey day
-

That is sad. How is your Canadian family doing
-
Sunnier days ahead for Vixmom and all dealing with difficulties.
Ditto!
-
A long and wonderful life for Hef.
-
Back from Gelson's getting a tiny snack. That was supposed to be at seven-thirty.
-
New battery - I suspect the other two times this happened it probably should have been replaced right then - at least the last time. Suddenly everything is working better now. Nice guy who was looking at the books in the garage - told me he read thirty books a year, which I told him was a great thing. Later I think he gave me enough of a hint to know he was probably in jail at some point and read and exercised, as he put it. But I'm for anyone turning their life around. I gave him a copy of Thrill Ride and he asked me to sign it for him, which I happily did. So, maybe the new battery will give some needed juice to this lifeless day.
-
I have literally spent the entire day doing fixes for the Levi script. The first time through I did a little trim here and there, added a couple of lines in a scene, and fixed all the wrong lyrics and as many typos as I could find. I saved that as a PDF and went through it finding 100 MORE typos. And so it went, every single time - so frustrating.
-
New contribution just came in - wonder how long it will take to reflect that.
-
Someone just told me they're going to grab one of the Sondheim music pages - that with the one that remains uncredited, should put us just over 8K - in two days. Gotta keep the momentum, though :) I've been saving some of the original art, including a concept painting from The Great Race that's very cool. Push the button, Max. Not sure if I'll add that yet or not - requires serious thought.
-
Page five? Really? Is everyone's battery dead?
-

It seems an annoyance turned out to be a beneficial to both of you.
-
I did not read last night or today, gotta do something about that.
-
Good evening!
-
Today I went to the old actor's lunch.
-
I hadn't been for two weeks, so it was nice to be back.
-
We went to a restaurant called The Boathouse 19.
-
It is a waterfront restaurant that we go to from time to time.
-
I had oysters and Cajun fries.
-
I came home and took a nap.
-
It wasn't a planned nap, it just happened.
-
Greetings, 0 Guests!
-
There are 5 Guests on the sie, they just aren't't on today's posts.
-
George is still at work.
Nope. I was at my sister's, celebrating her birthday. Then I came home and watched a couple of shows recorded on my DVR, and I realized that my tablet battery was dead, so I couldn't log on right away. :P

If it's still under warrenty, I wonder why they just wouldn't give you a new one. :-\
