:)  Adorable, DR JoseSPiano.  Thanks for the pictures!

Aw, thanks, DR singdaw.  And although you really can't tell from that pic, Henry really is one of the happiest babies I've ever met.  And he really does like to "sing" when I'm around him.  When I went over for dinner the other night, Henry was serenading us almost all evening.  And then today, whenever I would take over the "baby holding" duties, he would start "la-la-la-ing" again.  I guess he knows I'm a pianist.  ;)

*And, yes, he had SPF 90 on, as well as a hat.

I can't stand STEEL MAGNOLIAS or BEACHES, either!  Though with the latter, I do love Otto Tittsling.

Of course Blood Brothers I've sat through.  I couldn't manage that with "The Woman in White" which kept screaming out that it should never have been "musicalised".

Were you a theater-goer at the age of three?  You're far, far too young, DR Jose!

Aw, shucks, DR td.  I may act like a three-year old from time to time, but I will, believe it or not, be turning 39 in two months time.

Thanks for the pics Jose. I guess you will have grown out of Beaches and Brothers by now!  Thank goodness for Sunday in the Park and Passion.

I'm so looking forward to reading Michael Toliver. We watched "The Night listener" a couple of weeks back.  Except for the ending, (the new apartment scene) it works well.

Yesterday, when I finally got home,  I was most pleased to find a package from one "R. Holmes" containing a personalized autographed copy of the Curtains CD (it was from the CD signing at Barnes and Noble -so it has autographs of all who were there for the signing).  I have to say it brightened my day considerably

 :D

These lasts months I have enjoyed reading about your career change, office news & am looking forward to reading the upcoming changes & new clients (whatever you can share about them).

DR Cillaliz - So, once you're done setting up your new office, can you come out to NYC for the weekend, and help me go through my boxes-o-stuff?

Miss Karen thank you for reminding Bruce I have posted.

Bruce, I did mention we were having company.  actually it was a dinner party for two families on our block, including a mutual friend of Charles Pogue's.  The evening was a hit & I spent the morning cleaning up, taking Sherlock in town for a walk, and then talking on the phone with Craig's girlfriend.  Now I'm catching up with the Brain news.

tomovoz, there is only one Gregory Maguire book which I cannot recommend, and that is LOST.
SON OF A WITCH is required reading, and a grand entertainment, for those of us who like Maguire's WICKED more than the book for the Broadway musical WICKED.
I think SON OF A WITCH is a well thought out book, gorgeously written and on the whole more satisfying than WICKED.  No fat, all meat.

Rodzinsky I enjoyed your wonderful review of HERRINGBONE.

DakotaCelt-It will be interesting to hear what the owner of the café has to say.  You might change your mind about returning there.

Jose, I’m not sure who is cuter, you or Henry.
