I was hoping to fall asleep for an hour or two, didn't happen.  I suppose I should get up and do something productive.

So I thought I try to explain my absences these past two months. Early in December I cellulitis and was homebound for the entire month. In mid-December, I had an unexplained week of high fevers. It wasn't the flu, but a virus of some kind. The Doctors said I neeed more bed rest in order to recover.
I went back to work at the beginning of January and within a few days of my return to work, the unexplained fevers returned, and I was out of work again to recover. This time some blood work was done and came back with an elevated white blood cell count. I recovered and went back to work.
It came back earlier this week. Seven different blood test was done this time. I received the results from some of them yesterday, my white blood cells have more than tripled what the baseline count should be. One other came back positive, and the others were negative. Moreover,  I am waiting to hear back from the other tests which I hope will arrive today.

DR Michael, wow.  Aside from feeling terrible this all must be very scary.  I thought after you had recovered from the cellulitis you have simply been busy working on your projects.

MAJOR VIBES THERE WILL BE GOOD NEWS FROM THE TEST RESULTS!

On the plus side, my play about Allan Carr will have a staged reading in June and my show about Marvin Hamlisch has been sold to several venues. Now all that is left to do is to put the show together and arranged. It has been the only bright spot in the last two months.

My pot pie was good.

I am watching the semi final match of AO Men's Tennis.  My favorite player Milos Raonic was defeated a couple of days ago....so I might not watch the entire thing......Djokovic vs. Pouille....to see who will play Nadal for the win!

This is my only day of City Center work, which is distressing for me, since I'm not earning enough to supplement my income.  Next month I have the damned property taxes to further complicate my life, and I hate this constant state of anxiety gripping me.
