My baked penne pasta arrived. Well, actually here's what arrived - penne pasta in marinara sauce - not baked, no sausage, no cheese, no breadstick. Immediate refund from DoorDash for twenty-two bucks, and then I ordered the pappardelle from Maria's. I left them a one-star review on DoorDash, but they're conveniently not listed on Yelp - in fact, after a lot of going in circles, one finds that they're a ghost kitchen in Chili's in Encino, which owns Maggiano's. So, I called Chili's, got a manager on the phone, and told her - she was very apologetic and would have done the refund herself, but she's going to have a little chat with the chef. It's not so hard to make the dish that's pictured on their menu and the fact is the menu is very limited - only about six dishes to choose from, so it's not like you can get confused by the only penne dish listed.
