Too many Marys in the mix, I guess.

That's always been MY problem.   8)

Or maybe it was Mixing too many Marys.  Bloody Marys.

I tend to do the wrong page dance quite often.  Thankfully, there's that handy-dandy "Modify" button.

You don't understand...they have to have appeared on movies and television first.

I am on television Michael.  I just don't wear sandals.

True!

But then the reference doesn't work.

I mean, whoever heard of FOURTEEN angry men?

TOD

Probably favorite theme was THREE STARS WILL SHINE TONIGHT, from Dr. Kildare.  I think Chamberlain's single was the first 45 I ever bought.  But don't tell him, I don't think his ego could satand to get any bigger.

Reminds of the topic of the other day - Bad casting - Richard Chamberlain in "The Thorn Birds".

Cowboy Waltz keeps getting higher and higher, but you have to keep it in a certain key or the low notes are too low.

I was just perusing the newly published revised edition of the Craig Carnelia Songbook, which now includes this number, and noticing that very thing.     >:(

DR Musicguy, I will take a look around and see what I have that you might like. There are some lobby cards (11x14s) from previous auctions that did not sell...some nifty ones from the 1940s...I will see if any are from musicals...of course who knows if something from from BLOODLUST!, WHY GIRLS LEAVE HOME, or ILLIGAL WIVES might appeal to you! LOL!

Thank you very much dear Mike.... and I'm not looking for any freebies!  And I like all types and categories of movies.  the "lobby card" size would be good for some of what I could use.  I'm afraid I don't know all of the correct names for the different types of movie posters and showcards that were produced.

Weren't there some that were a horizontal format.... kind of like a 14" wide by 10 or 11 inch high??  I have some wall spaces that could really use a horizontal type of graphic.

Anyway, please let me know what might be available and the price.  You can drop me a PM if you like.

-Just reading and watching the updates from Virginia Tech.  It just gets sadder by the minute.  And as strange as it may sound, I really do hope that the investigators find the reason(s) the shooter did what he did.  I, myself, don't really need to know, but I'm sure that information would help the friends and families of the victims during their grieving process, help provide some sense of closure.

I guess machine stitching in Sherwood Forest doesn't bother anyone else.

I wasn't at the reunion because it was not MY reunion - they are one year younger than me - my reunion was in October of 2005.

Couldn't you have gone as a guest star?

Friday Night.  Splash.  Coat Check Line.

Dear DR sultry Jose...... Do we get to go to Splash during the week while I am in NYC.... or is it only open on Fridays??  I don't even know what kind of place it is, but you always make it sound fun/sordid/naughty/alluring .  Somehow, you have the ability to do that.  :)

Good Afternoon!

Well...  Four people showed up for the auditions I was hired to play for this morning.  They let me go at Noon.  I had lunch.  I came home.  I'm watching the news.  I'm reading and posting here on HHW.  That is all.

Was it for a Broadway show or touring company?

Congratulations to Cilla......  you have achieved quite a unique accomplishment;   You managed to go into broadcast entertainment, and have your debut and your farewell performance on the same occasion !!

We all hope that you can find a way to post a clip somewhere that we can see.

On a serious note  (D flat).... do you have any kind of link to your e-bay stuff?  Is anything left??  I'm looking to add some various "movie graphics" stuff to my new den/theatre room.

Gee, that approach is subtle!

Well, Splash is open seven nights - and days (well, afternoons0 - a week.  However, I've only ever gone on Mondays for Musical Mondays.  But I wouldn't mind going on another night.  Especially if someone else is covering my cover charge.  ;)

Gee, that approach is subtle!

Now don't be naughty TCB ...  for once, I actually meant just what I said on the surface.

Not that I am not sometimes naughty... at least in my head.  But at least dear DR Jose has agreed to a dinner date with me in NYC.....he is a brave boy!
