I have never been able to hula hoop - not even as a child - it just falls straight down
I'm up, I'm up. I've announced our new title, I've Facebooked our new title, and I've tweeted our new title.
And the word of the day is: ARTIFICER!
Question about the London recording of PROMISES (2):
Is the "Anthony Roberts" of that production the same actor we know here as "Tony Roberts," who did the show in Los Angeles and also a lot of movies with Woody Allen (e.g. ANNIE HALL)?

Along these same lines, is the friend you mentioned "Denny Miller" the Dennis Miller from SNL?

I don't know a "Denny Miller".
Are you sure it was me?
I hope our Friday night date will cheer you up!!!

With Joanna Barnes aka Gloria Upson.
Yes DR JANE - the kitten with the stripe patches, I guess that is the best way to describe them rather than "stripes."
Great Sherlock & Co photos.
In the "Is anybody watching..." department:
Is anyone watching SyFy's "Haven" based on Stephen King's "The Colorado Kid"? I'm really enjoying the series.
DR Jane, I am surprised that the little girl would put out her hands to you and keith. She must really like you. My niece only puts out her hands to the 5 people she comes into contact with a lot. She cries when people she doesn't know want to pick her up.
Has anybody here seen this new show on A&E called THE GLADES. I think it premiered 2 weeks ago and they replay it throughout the week (it's on on sundays). I didn't think I would like it. But there was a big write-up about it in our tv guide. And I actually really like it!
Major {{{{{HUGS}}}}} to DRs TCB and Elmore!

Jane-
I hope Sherlock's operation was a success and he's back to his normal self real soon.
May I just say that a certain PR firm in NYC whose name includes the word "Helper" is laughably UN-helpful.
DR Ron can you tell me which episode follows Butterflies?
What operation?? Ohhh, Sherlock... what operation??? sheesh...
And fingers x'd for elmo, dear elmo... sheesh...
This has been a looooong afternoon; as I predicted, the crosstown traffic was a mess because of the bottleneck at 23rd where Fifth Avenue and Broadway intersect. I like Dr Yschouk (pronounced something like "Yashook") and I guess on Aug 17, I'll learn her plan of attack.
DR Ron can you tell me which episode follows Butterflies?
Yes...it was called "Harmony" and it's about patients in the town's mental hospital. It's really quite interesting.

We haven't seen it. I set up four episodes to record. They are basically out of order with the Pilot on Aug. 8th. Should I wait and watch them in order?

At least you don't have a book full of lines to learn.....
Off to the Clinic. I hope it goes well.

The benign growth was removed today from his tail. He is awake and doing well and will be coming home soon.

Rob and I are back from a fun outing to DorothyLamourLane Market with my mom and the cousins. We had lunch there - everybody made selections from the deli/salad bar and we ate on the mezzanine. Then we shopped and took Mom and the cousins back to Otterbein. I'm ready for a nap.
Oh, guess what WAS in my email when I returned!

I've only seen the first 2 episodes. The 3rd one was on last night. I think you should watch them in order. Because they explain things. And then there are some personal relationships that start in the first episode that continue in the second episode. And I don't think they'd make proper sense if you watched them out of order.
I think it depends on if you like the lead guy (i really like him). He's a policeman, so there are cases to solve.
TOD:
A subject I'm very familiar with.
My weight gain began as a child when I was put on prednisone for allergies/asthma. When I was 10, I was a puffy little guy:
By the time I was ready to graduate high school, I clocked in at 325 lbs and a 50" waist:
(Flowing graduation gowns do tend to hide the flaws somewhat).
Between graduating high school and starting college, I went on The (original) Atkins Diet. My waist went from 50" to 32":
After that, I let nature take its course and stayed between 36" and 38" in the waistline, and now I can wear either a tailored 38" pants, or a more comfortable 40" pants.
This picture, from THE SECRET GARDEN, is one of my favorites; I think it was the last time I wore a size 36". . .

I will go on the record as saying that I don't think you will like this show DR Jane. But watch it, cause maybe i'm wrong. But I think it will be too science fictiony for you. I think it's too science fictiony for me, although i will probably watch episode 2.
DR Jane if i want to know the episodes names for any show. Or when the air date is i always go to http://epguides.com
I love you, DR TCB. :)

Speaking of kitties, I love this photo.
Still in Montreal and my father is a lot better than he was three weeks ago. Glad to have been able to spend with him. Will do it again next month
One of my all-time favorites.(http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u271/actr2000/mueller7.jpg)
My boss left on a three week vacation today, but before he left; he assigned me 75 new cases!

That wasn't exactly the word I used.
G'night!

The Shubert Alley thing is very different, confusing, and not friendly. We'd take a big room at a nice hotel - the idea is to do it here, and then travel it.
Tonight I am having key lime cheesecake. I am obviously eating for two!

I really like the idea. For example you can have a L'il Abner table. You can include Charlotte Rae, Billie Hayes (Both played Mama Yokum on Broadway) Tina Louise, Julie Newmar, Peter Palmer Carmen Alvarez, Tony Mordente (some cross over from the tv crowd) and from the movie version Stella Stevens, Valerie Harper, Beth Howland and your beloved Julie Parrish

Please bring the show to Austin.

I doubt Charlotte Rae wants anything to do with LI'L ABNER or Billie Hayes.
