Birdy Barnum suddenly discovered his basketball goal and has been playing all afternoon....I posted a video on FakeBook for anyone who is interested....it is pretty funny.

He is now singing along with the Beatles Magical Mystery Tour, which I am sure he is hearing for the first time in his life.

No, our new super is no Val. Tonight, I could not stop the leaking hot water in the bathroom. I called the super and his voice mail is full. I went down and rang his door. No answer.

I came back, called the management's emergency number and told them I needed a plumber ASAP. Ince i did that, the hot water valve turned and it's all over for now. So I called back and told them the emergency was past but that they'd better get a plumber back here ASAP.
