I will just come out and say it - this is probably the only site on all the Internet that talks about DVDs regularly, in which the person doing the talking actually knows what color is supposed to look like on these transfers.

Today Sherlock is 11 months old.  I need to take a new photo of him.  Since he doesn't fit on the step anymore I'll have to find a new background for the photo. ;D

Ooops--I didn't realize that there "associated press". I thought Der B was just commenting on the name. And here I was, feeling, to quote SWW, "young and with-it"!

Der B---First, the poisoned toothpaste...now the poisoned booty! What next?

We're having thunderstorms here, which is lucky for us in our drought-ridden state, but I hope it's not hitting our Kimlets in NY!

I laughed at bk's description of TROG. I think it should be posted on the imdb and Amazon!

My DH will be going to NY at the end of July to interview Margaret Whiting for our Johnny Mercer doc. Even though I'm working on that, I wouldn't be working on the shoot, so by the time I paid my way, got a room for an extra day of fun in NY and turned down a day of work, it would have cost well over $1,000 bucks. I had to weigh out whether to go or save my pennies for THE BRAIN in September.

THE BRAIN wins---and it looks like I will get to meet DR Ginny, too!

TOTD:
I did mention it the other day but I've  finished reading the wonderful "Michael Toliver Lives" - warmth, humour and a wonderful read.

Yay.  What a time we'll all have!

I'm going to go get some food, but I'm very proud of myself for having stayed off my feet for most of the day.

And I did get 140 of the Skinner/Ripley CDs, so I can send those on their way tomorrow morning.

For supper, I feel like some hamburger and french fries pills.

But I guess I'll just have some spinach salad pills.

I'm off to our official Opening Night of "Taming of the Shrew"!  After the show, we will all gather at the house of the actor who's playing the tailor and Par-tay!  I'll be back very late, but I don't have to get up in the morning! ;D

Have a good evening, everyone!

Back from Teddy, and I am now devastingly good looking in an aged way, like cheddar cheese.  Next to me at the salon was Ileanna Douglas.

I have no doubt you look absolutely stunning, Bruce, but I'm confused over the "devastingly" part. New word of the day? LA hair lingo?   ???

What is happening in NYC right now?  We have several on the spot reporters who could let us know.

DR GINNY - if THE FANTASTICKS now has an illustrated souvenir book, a copy would be most appreciated for my lobby display....

A fine and upstanding HHW'er already sent me a copy of the PLAYBILL from the current production.

Funny, I'd gotten an e-mail from the exec director of NYMF several days ago welcoming the show and me - he was the only one I hadn't written to, so I dropped him a line telling him that I didn't seem to be able to get responses or info - within ten minutes of sending it, I got the call I'd been waiting for - and the news is GREAT - we're in the biggest venue, the Acorn Theater right on Theatre Row.  200 seats, a very big stage, and I couldn't be happier.  We open on Thursday September 20th and our final performance is on September 30th.

This is great news.  I will keep the dates open.
