This is the cast of a play I wrote called CARDS & BEER - a one act play that was messed up by an idiot director.  Whew!  Except for these guys and one NOT in the picture - it was a painful experience.  ;D

Turns out as they play this card game, one man reveals he has killed his unfaithful wife.  Can you spot the murderer?  ;D

I say it was the third guy.

From the left or right?

Your right or my right?

If I didn't have a wife and kids department:  I've just been offered a 3-9 month contract playing piano in China.  Good money, all expenses paid.  I wonder if Betsy would like to be single for a while.  :)

Too bad you can't all go.  It would be a great experience.

Sounds like you're doing another version of Drop That Name:

Attila the Hun
And Genghis Kahn
And Jill St. John
And Vincent Minnelli...

In the Something To Make You Feel Old Dept:

ALL IN THE FAMILY made its network premier on CBS forty years ago tonight.

While I remember that we (my dad, one of my older sisters and myself) laughed a lot at the first episode, we wound up watching only one other episode that first season (the reason being that it ran against the last half hour of the ABC Movie of the Week.)

From the left then....the names are Tim B, Tim H, Michael H, and Stan S.  Try by name.

Here's another thing that made me feel old:  as I was walking through the Gallery Mall on my way home last night, I passed the FYE store and spotted one of those life-size celebrity cardboard cutouts and I had no idea who it was.

I've written close to seven pages, so that's good.  I'll go pick up packages shortly, then head over to the Gardenia for our sound check.  Then I may or may not grab a small bite to eat, as I'll only have melon and prosciutto and a baked potato at the club.

Favorite failure to communicate moment of the day (so far) department:  I'm trying to get info from a non-native English speaker (like Vixmom) about his BD audio releases.  He just PM'd me that he is "Igor to respond."  :)

DR DRUXY I would be glad to send you a copy as well.....if you don't mind wasting a couple of hours of your life again.

I do appreciate the offer, but I think I'd rather use those 2 hours doing something more practical...like playing games on my computer.

 ;D

Seriously, I'm amazed how, in recent years, my taste in films has changed.

Not that I was ever a fan of SIGN OF THE PAGAN.  I think I only saw it that one time.

Sentence: I hope the Baptist minister was being autoschediastical when he made fond mention of DR Elmore's video collection in his sermon Sunday.

Have I missed something?
Only that we were to use the word of the day in a sentence.
