She of the Evil Eye is gone and I'm on my own until show time.  Yay!  Listening to some bossa nova and will then watch a DVD.  I do have to make a couple of calls, but hopefully they won't take to long.  And I do have to start wending my way through this 22 page NYMF contract.

It is a very slow day at HHW.

Adam is here doing a World Music Demonstration.

Very entertaining....for those of us who are here.

In other news, I just had an hour-long conversation with a choreograher - very nice, very positive, and I liked him and hired him - Adam Cates his name is - the credit I liked most for him is that he assisted Tommy Tune on Dr. Dolittle, so he's proficient in tap, and he's also worked with my friend Patti Columbo.  And, as it turns out, his boyfriend is an MD (currently doing I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change in NY) and he'll be sending me his resume, so maybe we'll just keep it all in the family and hire him.  Does anyone of our New York pros know Stephen (or Steven) Sarri?

So happy we've got the choreography position taken care of.  I told him he could feel free to totally come up with his own Brain Tap choreography from scratch (since we'll have real honest-to-goodness ensemble people who can dance), and I told him as far as my staging of the musical numbers, he was free to make suggestions and/or embellish if he thought that was the thing to do.  But, never fear - the Kimmel hands will be staying put.

Good afternoon. Something odd happened today. I was at the office working, and when I went to lock up and set the alarm, the thing kept telling me that a window was ajar and I couldn't set the alarm until I opened and slammed all the windows. Nothing was ajar when I unalarmed it earlier. I did see someone wandering around the property, though. Maybe they tried the windows?

Man, we've had a whole slew of trivia players, and they all got the answers.  I really thought this was a stumper.

Yes we must have links to reviews of the productions of our DR's GEORGE and CASON.

This isn't a review, but click HERE for a write-up about our production where Pug (the director) talks about her concept. :) There's also a picture of the woman who's playing Kate (this picture is used on the poster) but in the show, she doesn't wear the horns.

By golly, I think I cracked the trivia in record time!  (well... record for me, that is...)

I don't think I'll have time to even try.  I'm meeting a friend (and fellow "Shrew" actor) for lunch in a half hour...and I still need to shower!  Later today, we're both auditioning for Capital Playhouse and I also still need to put together a resume.  So much to do...so much procrastination. ::)

Until later!

I watched a couple of MURDER SHE WROTE episodes this afternoon. One of them had Jessica recognizing an old friend on the streets of Boston but he claimed not to know her. When she phoned his wife, she said he was dead. Among the guest stars were Jerry Orbach, Karen Morrow, and Andrew Stevens.

DR td, I've never met Jason, but you can tell him there's a fellow at HHW who thinks he's really swell!  :)

Love the photo of you two...it looks like you're both about to embark on a very passionate tango!!

The other MURDER SHE WROTE episode involved Jessica's nephew who's just been placed on a professional baseball team. The woman who does the pregame and postgame interviews is murdered and Jessica helps with the investigation. Among the guest stars were Vince Edwards, Anne Lockhart, Shea Farrell, and Paul Sorvino.
