Well just to be contrary I will tell you that Bebe was always very kind to my sister-in-law, who was Production Manager on "Cheers" for most of its run.

Why, because she her brother-in-law is a lesbian?

Is the movie WAIT TILL THE SUN SHINES, NELLIE available on video or DVD?

I don't think it is.  At least, not legally.

DR Jane, it didn't take much time at all to dig my car out - my neighbor, pictured, and I were armed with brooms and shovels, not to mention the brushes and scrapers in the car itself.

You had help & extra equipment, lucky you.  I know last time the snow plows dumped an extra ton of snow on his car & expect that happened again.

Jennifer I don’t think of cheese cake as hard.  As I mentioned mine is so soft it has to set for 3 days before it can be served.

I don't think i explained it right. IT wasn't hard.  It was like how you get a regular NY cheesecake. Firm.

My mom used to make cheesecake pies.  Where i don't think you bake the cream cheese part. And it is basically whipped. I love that texture!

Yup, that is different. :)

Boy, am I surprised! The office has decided to close tomorrow. It hasn't even started snowing but they've decided to close. I just got a call at home from Human Resources. They think they will be open on Thursday but tomorrow is a freed day! I wonder if the Cleveland and DC offices have been closed anyway, especially the DC office.

Part of me now hopes the storm is a dud just to have a free day in New York.

Speaking of free days, it looks like I may be getting ten additional free days in the next year - All without pay!

Good luck it doesn't happen, unless you want it to.

I'm also reading conflicting reports about THE ADDAMS FAMILY.  What's the real deal on that?

I hear that Nathan Lane and Beb Neuwirth hate each other and are not speaking offstage.  According to rumor,  Ms Bebe's always been a total pain in the ass. A friend of mine once was her dresser and Bebe treated her like garbage.

She does seem like an inspired choice for Morticia.

Absolutely, if her behavior with the late, great Maestro Erich Kunzel and the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra is any indication.

Do tell!

Believe me, I don't want it to happen, but this year it looks like the Legislature is going to pass it for all state employees.

I mentioned all the comments regarding "The Help" at my book discussion group. A couple of people had heard it is supposed to be wonderful.  Another member just purchased it for a great price on Amazon.  We have a paperback only rule, however, since it is such a great deal at Amazon, a third person went ahead & chose the book for the April gathering at her house.

Everything is ready for our announcement.  Then I did the editing road map for our next release, so that's done, and then I proofed about twenty pages.  I must say, I'm rather enjoying reading it, now that I'm divorced from the actual writing of it.  I'm finding lots of little typos and extra words I don't need, but it's all minor stuff.  And I realized I hadn't moved two paragraphs to their correct time line, so I've noted where they are and will move them when I find the spot.

DR TCB click control panel, then hardware, then mouse.  go to the tab Pointer Options and make sure Display Pointer Trails is disabled.

It might also be too many programs running at once or low memory - that's my only guess.

It's so odd that all these photos of Valerie Harper as Lucy are on HHW.  :)

I just put up a goofy "Lucy & Viv Mame parody," about the rumored clause in Viv's contract that she would try to look frumpy compared to Lucy.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VOxOMz61LsM

The last note especially is a tribute to Lucy in MAME.

And if I remember correctly - these freed days cannot be taken the day before or after a holiday, because you must be in "pay status" on those days to get the paid holiday.
