DR JOSE do you know a pianist named Matthew Gianforte?
DR JMK don't you have a show to do?
Oh so now the dancers have to deal with those huge gaps of silence.
Some of our church music sounds rather like Jonathan and Darlene.
Well, one learns something new every day around these parts. While I'm sure that I've heard their music, I've never heard of Jonathan and Darlene before. Something new to discover and devour!
DR DtM - The origin of Jonathan & Darlene Edwards, their history, and the interviews they gave are great discoveries!
Sometimes I like to party.
Kerry,God bless you! I have been looking for that for years!
Thanks DR KERRY....I am always in the fashion rearguard.
BK, I've really been enjoying all the Kritzerland soundtrack releases, but I'm always excited for a new cast album reissue!
A word of caution to Mr. Bruce Kimmel regarding his DVR and setting recordings:Some channels (some, mind you) don't necessarily start a program exactly when the channel guide says they will. And some programs (mind you) don't necessarily end exactly when the channel guide shows them to be ending. What you may get is a few minutes of pre-programming, followed by the program, and then you might find you may not get the last few minutes of the program, This can be VERY annoying. Not all channels -- NAY! Not even "most" channels -- do this thing. Most are ultra-reliable. But...you need to be aware of possibilities. If there is something you absolutely do not want to miss one minute of -- something that might turn you into some unseemly raving individual if you missed a minute of it -- I recommend you go into the "set recording" mode and add a few minutes on the front and at the end...just to be CERTAIN.
I see that I've passed the 1000 postings mark. Now, I have to shoot for 2000.
I am ready for my 5 episode guest shot on Mad Men. I play the Mike, the bachelor male personel assistant.

So, I recorded my first hi-def movie last night on MGM-HD - but on the machine it said 480p or i or whatever. Does the machine not record in hi-def at 1080? Is that only a watch it now thing? Or is there a setting I need to futz with?
