DR JMK - You mentioned that the Quick Reply "error" was an MSN thing, but then you said that it worked fine in IE.  Does that mean that MSN doesn't use IE - which is a Microsoft product - as it's built-in browser? ???

MSN uses IE, but it also has proprietary add-ons that do weird things from time to time.

No, Jane, my posts as Benjamin are still there. The account has been deleted but the posts stay without a picture and it says Guest on the left side where all the other member information would be.

Today is a work day.  Oh well.

TOD:

DVD - Perry Mason extras including interviews and screen tests, interesting.
CD - State Fair original soundtracks, still fun to listen to
VHS - The Leather Boys with Colin Campbell, Rita Tushingham, and Dudley Sutton

THE LEATHER BOYS is the first film that I remember Time Magazine referring to as "having homosexual undertones."

Richard and I just returned from Middfest, where we visited the history exhibit in gers (nomadic housing), watched Mongolian and Brazilian-Italian dancers, ate dinner, and greeted many old long-time friends.  The crowd was very sparse and I hope it picks up tomorrow and Sunday.

WOW!?!?!?!?

They cancelled tonight's performance of Oklahoma at Papermill Playhouse due to a possible bomb found outside the Lincoln Tunnel.  Apparently, a suspicious looking bottle was found, thankfully, it was found to be harmless.  But since they had closed the tunnel from 4-7 - rush hour! - the actor's vans were not able to make it to Millburn for tonight's show.  -And there were two suspicious looking bottles found on Wednesday too.

Did someone mention not being impressed with PS Classic releases?
Have they listened to Jason Danieley and the Frontier Heroes?  It's a might fine album, you betcha.  I love the arrangements, especially "As Long As She Needs Me."
I'm more impressed by this album than I was by "Opposite You."

If you saw her after two, DR Jose, then she should have already filmed it.  Did you see her near the studio?

The last place I would want to be when a bomb went off would be the Lincoln Tunnel.  Second, I guess, would be the Holland Tunnel.

OH!...

And I happened to pass an unintentionally humorous(?) situation while walking down 23rd Street earlier this evening-

They are showing the new movie, "Blindness", at Chelsea Clearview Cinemas.  On the sidewalk outside the theatre there were picketers.  Blind picketers.  Some had friends with them guiding them, others had their guide dogs with them.  Now, I wasn't able to grab a flyer to find out exactly why thy where picketing the movie, but some of the signs mentioned "stereotypes", "bad examples", etc.  Well...

Some people who were walking by, stopped to talk to some of the picketers.  Alas, the first question that would come out of their mouths was.. "So, have you seen..."  -Then they would stop asking that question once they realized how "funny" that question was.  :-\

*And after some Googling: Blind activists plan protest of movie 'Blindness'

OY!  Honestly, I can't remember right now... But lemme think a bit.  However, it was something I hadn't played for her before.  -We were also down to hearing 8-bar cuts, so...  Hmm... ???

When I spoke to her last night, she mentioned that she was looking for her 16 bars, and would be fretting about that.

I'm gonna take my leave for a few hours, so that I may watch that Bollywood movie, AAMIR; it's the one without songs, but loads of action.

Jose, I walked by the Protest as it was about to happen. I thought I might go to a movie and I decided to walk up to Chelsea Cinemas to see what was playing. Ghost Town isn't there, it's at the theatre on 19th and Broadway. There was nothing at CC I wanted to see but I saw and heard the protesters. One of the signs said "I'm not an actor"

I saw clips from the movie and it doesn't look like anything I would want to see.

I tried to make my fisherman photo larger, but I can't figure out what to do.  Then I tried to repost it, but it was too distorted to use.
