Whew!  Glad to be here!

Glad to be anywhere, actually!  But it's nice to have my things around me.

Tonight's TV ought to be AWESOME!

Can't wait for "Ugly Betty", "Smallville" and "Supernatural"!

I like sushi and I have tried it. Fargo just got a restaurant in the last couple of years that serves it.

Ron, I have watched Ugly Betty on the ABC website and I am also enjoying that show. That is my afterwork treat.

It's the tag line from "Heroes."  I really like this show.  I also really like "Ugly Betty," and I have to go home before rehearsal tonight to set my VCR to tape it.  "Ugly Betty" the only show on tonight that I want to watch.

Back for a few minutes.  Rehearsal ended early (just working on solos and duets with the two leads today), so I got to come home before going to Grant's.  He's napping, but I'm hoping when he gets up in about twenty minutes that I'll be able to go right over and get this thing done quickly so I can come home and actually have a couple of hours to myself.

Someone in a Yahoo group mentioned something in passing about Phyllis Kirk, that I immediately recalled (but HAD forgotten).

One episode of THE THIN MAN tv series featured a guest appearance by Robby the Robot - and I have a vivid memory of him holding Kirk in his arms...  Robby was also on an episode of The Gale Storm Show walking around the decks of the Ocean Queen with Susannah in his arms.

Robby got around!

I've been watching HUSTLE, the BBC series about a group of con artists. I love stories about great cons--and I do like this one. Has anyone else seen it?

In addition to three television programs tonight with new episodes, I enjoyed an entire movie and part of another.

I started the evening with JURASSIC PARK III. What a tremendous popcorn picture. Not a brain in its head but so much fun! Hadn't watched it in awhile, so I felt like having a mindless adventure film to start the evening.

UGLY BETTY was thoroughly delightful tonight. I just love the nephew who was going out for Halloween as Gene Kelly in ON THE TOWN. This is a show that knows one segment of its audience extremely well! Funny and had some touching moments, too. WOnderful show.

And it was nice seeing the lead from last year's unjustly canceled comedy OUT OF PRACTICE as Betty's potential new boy friend.

SMALLVILLE had another strong episode giving us more background on Lex and Oliver Queen.

The casting person who found the younger version of LEx for the show deserves a raise. He was the spitting image of Michael Rosenbaum.

And SUPERNATURAL didn't have one of its greater episodes tonight, but it did give us some important insight on Sam's "visions." We're moving more deeply into ANGEL territory every week with this show.

SInce I enjoyed THE PRESTIGE so much this afternoon, I pulled CHristopher Nolen's BATMAN BEGINS off the shelf and rewatched about 30 minutes of it tonight. I picked up about an hour and a quarter into the film and didn't quite get to the finish, but I should get to the end tomorrow.

How can you get any more handsome than the black and white headshot of the more mature John Gabriel (that I can't seem to find anymore!)

Just came back from an evening with my Little French Boy. I had fish tacos for dinner, in honor of the T.O.D., and murdered a few margaritas.
