And I had a weird - in a good way - "moment" today...
I was sitting in Columbus Circle by the fountains listening to the first track of Eldar's "re-imagination" CD (via my iPod). Such a cool track - it switches been 4/4 and 7/4, and he manages to swing and groove even in the odd-meter sections. Well, after the track was done, I started it again to give it a closer listen. And as I sat there listening and marveling at the prodigious technique, talent and genius of it all, I started to cry. And once I realized that some people were looking at me, I stopped crying, but still, I got a bit teary-eyed.
Again, weird, but in a good way.
