Well gang, I shall be off the radar for the next two days or so. Will miss you all. I will catch up when I return from what Homer Simpson calls "America Junior", our neighbor to the north. (Apologies to all its fine HHW citizenry.)

"I never loved these huggers."

That's a line that always stuck with me from some Restoration play I read in college.

MBarnum, not sure what W&W you have seen, but I think you would enjoy THE CUCKOOS a lot. Lots of music.

Good Evening!

I, too, have just had a nice hot shower.  I needed to wash the day's dust - and pollen(!) - off of me.  *For you allergy sufferers, a shower before bed is one of the best things to do.  It washes all those pesky pollen thingies out of your hair - which get transferred to your pillow.  So...  Where was I?  Oh, yes...

I didn't too much other packing tonight.  However, I did end up filling two small garbage bags full of assorted shredded papers.  Unfortunately, I have a feeling I'll be filling a lot(!!!!) more bags full of assorted shredded papers in the coming weeks.  I hope... sort of.. :-\

I did take my walk earlier - gorgeous evening for it.  I made a quick run through Ukrop's to pick up some treats, and then to Mary Angela's for a very yummy meatball and cheese sub.

And that's about it for now...

I thought maybe you were exhausted from all the packing or contemplating your big move and the changes it might bring.

Well, that too...

Took my steaming shower early tonight - also drank my final EmergenC of the day early.  I think it's been causing me to not fall asleep quickly when I drink it too close to bedtime.

Yep, EmergenC can keep you up at night.  Yes, it does provide a megadose of Vitamin C, but it also provides a bit of an energy boost.  In fact, I learned from an actual Radio City Hall Rockette that EmergenC is the unofficial energy drink for them.  In fact, their usual dose is TWO packets before each show.  I also suspect that putting that much acid - ascorbic or otherwise - into your stomach causes some 'stuff' to go on in there too.

Safe Travel Vibes, DR Rodzinksi!

-What's your ever-lovin' Antonia going to do without you this weekend?  Or has DR elmore already made the dinner reservations at Jean-Georges?  ;)

She'll probably sit in a chair and weep like she usually does when I'm gone. As will DR Elmore, come to think of it!  :D

So long folks! This time I mean it.

It's 10:53 (according to my computer).  I've put out the trash and recycling and I'm going to do my bills now.  I usually wait until after midnight, but I don't want to wait.  There's nothing on TV to watch, so I might as well get it all over with...then I can have a clean conscious and go to bed early. ;D

I just got back from fencing. I'm still in my get-up. I look fantastic.

I couldn't post from my room for some reason, so I wasn't able to say this:

AARRGGHH!!  My checkbook balance is off by fifty cents!! :o Adding up everything in my check register gives me one amount.  If I take my final balance (as of this moment) from the on-line banking total and subtract everything that has not yet cleared, I get a different amount!  How can this be??  Every amount that I wrote down in the register matches the amounts that have cleared.  How can it be off by fifty cents??  I hate it when this happens...which, I must admit, has not happened in quite a while! >:(

Gene Rayburn just said something about how television is very complicated and that the words would be a superimposition.

And Brett Sommers said:  "This entire show is a superimposition."
