Jose - Mr. Bigg's is right across the street from us, at the n.e. corner of 43rd and 10th.  It's the place with the outdoor seating in good weather.

Hmmm.... These backstories are quite... Touching... Cringe-Inducing... Manipulative... ???

I fast-forwarded through all of them...and I had no interest in watching the waterworks (as genuine as they might've been). ::)

Well, it had to happen I suppose - the first March day not to reach four hundred postings.  Unless someone shows up with a frenzy or nine in hand.

Who decide's whether we are hainsies/ kimmlets? Do we have to choose, or are we by default both?

We are all Hainsies AND Kimlets!

I just noticed (after all these years...shows you how observant I am ::)) that the terms have mostly been spelled "Hainsies" and "Kimlets" when Guy and Bruce's last names are spelled Haines and Kimmel.  Why aren't they spelled "Hainesies" and "Kimmlets"?  Just curious. :)

I may have to go back to the location tomorrow, just to cement certain details I didn't jot down - I may take my camera, too.   I've already begun smoothing out the opening of what I wrote.  After reading it, it didn't seem right at all, so I added a new paragraph.  Then, as so often happens, I wrote a half a line and could NOT figure out how to end it.  I made about twenty attempts, all feeble.  I then got in the shower, and within three seconds I had the right wording.

I think I just typed hainsies/kimlets one fine day and that's the way they came out.

I'm quite tired, but must write notes.  Then, until Mr. Bakalor fixes the time on the site, will have to post and then adjust the timestamp myself.

I believe that if each of the two non-WUSSBURGERS in attendance made twenty-five posts each, well...

I bought a CD on Amazon.co.uk from one of the Marketplace sellers and I got an e-mail not too long ago saying that they cancelled the darn order!  Here's what the e-mail said:

Reason for refund: Out of stock
Memo from seller: Item appears to have sold withing our store prior to amazon confirming your order.

You'd think that they could at least spell-check their message. :P

Fortunately, another Marketplace seller had another new copy, so it'll still only be about $30 instead of about $60 from the only other available copy (another Marketplace seller)!

Well if they were the type to care that much the e-mail would not have had to been sent.
