Elmore, tell your conductor friend that if he comes out to the stage door after this Saturday's matinee, there will be some treats.  ;-)

DR Jane you were talking about not being able to buy clothes at Costco.  I actually love the clothes there.  I do sometimes find it hard to know what size I will need. Sometimes it's medium. sometimes large, and sometimes extra large. So i definitely need to try on what I want to buy.  I have gotten some amazing jackets there including both my Fall and Winter jackets. For shirts or sweatshirts i just try them on over a t-shirt. For pants I actually try them on over leggings, as otherwise I would not have a clue what size to buy. Same for pjs.  I also love their shoes.  Their prices for the name brands are way less than at any other store.

You know that they have a very liberal return policy.  I just get a couple different sizes, try them on at home, and return what doesn't fit.  I've done that with shoes from Amazon, too. :)

Yes they are very good about accepting returns. But the return lines can be very long here.  I re-try on everything i buy at home. And return if it's no good. But usually it fits.  I hate that they don't have little stalls to try things on in the store.

The lines can be long here as well.  Yes, all those clothes and no place to try them on.  Leggings for trying on pants is a good idea.  Funny, I have never seen anyone try clothes on there.

Yesterday, someone told me allergy season was over.  I guess someone forgot to tell my allergies that - worst in years.

Did you check the pollen count there or the air quality?

Josh and I are all set for Wednesday's colonoscopy pickup, so I'm happy about that.

Good.

I just sent him an email.  His name is Michael Gildin.

This gave me a good laugh!  I wonder if our wannabe Hitler made any comment about the Holocaust today.  I know he's been busy plagiarizing Obama's tweet about Kobe Bryant and tweeting about John Bolton and the impeachment trial.

Had a nice lunch with Marshall Harvey at Jerry's Deli - completely empty, not a single person eating there at two-thirty.  I'd introduced him to the chili, cheese, and onion hot dog and he loves it, so we both had that.  I also did some banking and then picked up a couple of packages.  Now I'm relaxing.

I'm watching (on my second screen) and listening to the BBC Proms from 2012, John Wilson on Broadway.  I'm really enjoying it.

Back to Anna and the Apocalypse. Cute. No Shaun of the Dead, but fairly good, as zombie musicals go.

Starting John Ford's Wagon Master, which stars a bunch of folks from the other day's TOD. In the cast are Ben Johnson, Ward Bond from Wagon Train, James Arness and Harry Carey Jr. as well as a wonderful series of songs from Stan Jones sung by the Sons of the Pioneers.

I think it's about time for bed, though I'm enjoying some of the epic sweet of this movie. The plot isn't the best, but the depiction of life on a wagon trail is good.
