This day has moved quickly, considering it's Wednesday.

I am looking forward to "Lost" tonight.

I hope that I get home in time!  I'm invoicing here at work and have to stay until it's all done and assembled!  I'm typing as fast as I can! (when I'm not posting here ;)).

No, Ron, but I have done some wood-shedding.

Drat! Curses! Gadzooks!

THAT's what I meant.

Was it along the lines of Jose's and George's comments?

NOW AND AGAIN with Eric Close and Margaret Colin

I liked this show a lot.  It only lasted the one season and some of the mid season episodes meadered around too much.  But the initial and final episodes were fantastic.  I actually had a nightmare about the Egg Man!

Someone asked this a while back, but if you answered it BK, I missed it:

Is there any chance that Kevin Spirtas might autograph his CD for some of us lucky folk?

Well, except if your Daddy gave you a wood-shedding, it was something else entirely.

I had asked this.  Mainly because I thought that his CD-single was going to be signed, but the copy that I got wasn't. :-\

Question for BK -

When was the last time you were on stage in an acting and/or singing role?  And what show was it?

It would either have been in 1985 for my play The Good One, or a bit later at LACC when came back to play Banjo in The Man Who Came To Dinner - they both would have been that year.

3. DR. Danise, do you have any of the Dr. Who novelizations?

And another question for BK -

Does knowing you have friends in the audience make you (more) nervous?  Or do you appreciate the support?

It doesn't make me nervous at all (although I do tend to get nervous in a general sort of stage fright way) and I do appreciate the support.

ASK BK DAY

BK, did you ever watch THE RED TENT?  I believe I am the only person I know who liked that film, which means it would probably be perfect for MBarnum and Rodzinski.

Still havent' gotten around to it, but will.

Taping went very well - got the long monologue in one take - took a few go-throughs to get the other one right because we had to coordinate off-stage laughter and sounds.

BK, I would have loved to have seen your Banjo.

MBarnum, I once went up to Britt Lomond at the Ray Courts Show when he was at a table with his wife and no one was around him.  I'm so glad I did; he was a lovely man and we had a terrific chat.  I bought a signed photo off him.

Just went and looked at the photo of Brit Lomond which I keep in a book entitled THE LEGEND OF ZORRO which takes the character from his origins in the McCulley pulp stories through the various film incarnations, the Disney Series, and the later TV series with Duncan Regher.

The photo is one of him and Guy Williams at crossed blades, just from the stances, you can still that Lomond is the better fencer.  Also tucked in the book along with the photo is his business card, with his email and everything.  I'm sorry to hear of his passing.

Got bakc two of my posters, framed today, The French Captain Blood which may have been the last purchase I made at a Ray Courts Show, at the coaxing of BK.  It looks beautiful!  Also got my Scaramouche poster back, signed by Janet Leigh.  It too looks terrific.  There has been a delay, however, in my MAN IN THE IRON MASK, starring Louis Hayward, so I won't have it on the wall for Julieanne's cast partay this Sunday.  It will be the first "do" in the new house and we are busily hanging all the pictures and art.  A cleaning crew comes in tomorrow to get rid of all the dust and debris that has come from movers and boxes being opened and just months of unpacking.

One of the great things about living here:  As I took Tewkes for his morning walk, three deer crossed the road a short ways ahead of us and when off into the nearby woods.  They were quickly followed by ten more.  Then a straggler crossed almost in front of us.  Then as we went by, another crossed behind us to join the herd.  15 deer in one sighting.  Amazing!

Cillaliz thank for the link on the Ashland family, even if it was too late.  ;D

I did hear all about it, and the rescue, from my Wednesday morning hiking group.

I saw it when it first came out. I was a youngster. I thought it was long and boring. Probably went to see it because Sean Connery was in it.
