Works for me.

*And that was my actual "fortune" tonight at dinner.  Hmm.. So, if I add "in bed" after it... ;D

Back from the latest concert in the series I organized, this one with incredible vocalist Linda Hornbuckle and Grammy nominated Janice Scroggins.  They brought the house down.

The Manhattan Transfer also had a 4-episode summer variety show in the 1970s.  I never saw it on TV, but I have seen clips on YouTube. :)

Would Batman participate in a no-pants subway ride?

One can only hope. ;)

Glad it worked for Jose, but it certainly isn't working for me.  I wonder if Jose changed a setting once the Safari update happened?

Hey, it did it again today! Is there a time limit for posting here at HHW? I logged on, had been posting and then all of the sudden I'm listed as a guest again, even though my name is still showing on the list of viewers line. So I logged back in again and now I'm Miss Karen again, and not "Hey Guest" ... What's the deal, Lucille? Or BK? Or any DR?

You shouldn't be "timed" when posting - there's something off but I don't think it's anything to do with the board.  Have you checked the "always keep me logged in" box (or whatever it's called?

Karen, at the bottom of the home page (when you're logged out), there are two ways to log in.  One has the option to specify the number of "Minutes to stay logged in: and a check box that says, as BK said, "Always stay logged in:

But below that, there are some boxes labeled, "Login with username, password and session length" and a drop-down box to specify the session length as 1 Hour, 1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month or Forever.  That's where I always sign in and I choose "Forever."  Then, I never sign out...I just close my browser when I'm done.  I have my own computer at home and at work, so I don't need to worry about anyone else signing in as me. ;) When I come back to HHW, I don't have to log back in again. :)

Time to cook. My M-I-L is in the hospital and so I'm making dinner so my DH will have something waiting when he gets home. I didn't go to the hospital today because there were already 4 all day visitors: the "kids" and my F-I-L. We're not exactly sure what's wrong, erratic blood pressure and probably a lot of things adding up to her not feeling well.

We planted lettuce in the fall and I decided that now is the time to enjoy it!

~~~Vibes for DR Edisaurus' M-I-L!!~~~
Good Evening!
Just watching "Saturday Night Live"... A true mixed-bag of an episode.  Neil Patrick Harris has done a nice job so far as the Host for the evening, but I was hoping for a "Dr. Horrible" sketch.  Ah, well.  -And I just have to say that Taylor Swift... well... She must be one lucky girl with great management and PR.  I just don't get her/it?!?!
OH!  But I did love the one special cameo appearance early on!!!!!
AARRGGHH!!  I wanted to watch this and forgot to set my DVR. :P
I also miss the "Who's On Line" feature of the board.
There is a link...if you go to the home page and at the bottom under Users Online, it says something like "3 Guests, 2 Users" and "Users active in past 15 minutes:".  If you click on the "3 Guests, 2 Users," it'll show you who's online and where they are in HHW.  It's just not on every page, anymore.
