Well, you've read the notes, the notes were weary and boney, and now it is time for you to post until the weary cows come home.

I've never been to Hawaii.  I don't think that I ever will.

It wouldn't be my first choice of vacations if I came into a lot of money. ;) Eventually, yes, but it's not high on my list.

Wow - it was a busy Saturday here at HHW....DR DANISE getting her house even more improved, DR CILLA LIZ buying new clothes and dancing in her old ones, MR BK dissing Mr John Scott's culinary skills but not his music talent, DR JOSE seeing MILLIONAIRE again....

And that was JUST the beginning.

Sorry to hear about Susannah Foster, DR MBARNUM.....not a beauty - but I liked her singing.

Good morning, fellow Dear Readers. Now on tv cable some guy is making a pancake breakfast with homemade sausage which looks really good.

More meetings today.

Tonight on tv for me:

New DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, BROTHERS & SISTERS.

And the premiere of DAMAGES (which you guys had a couple weeks ago).

And THE MENTALIST is on tonight (new).  IT will be on CBS after the football game. So it is supposed to be at 10pm but it could be delayed!

Good morning, all! I was up until 1:30 reading Mr Spinetti's biography, and his chapters on the Beatles and their movies were really wonderful. I liked his thoughts on Ms Yoko Ono's influence very much. I also enjoyed his stories about Joan Littlewood and the Theatre Workshop and his debacle in SKYSCRAPER, a musical theatre disaster not only for him but for several others, except Charles Nelson Reilly.

Today, another look at this symphony chart that's been the bane of this weekend and a lot of Act Two edits on BABES IN TOYLAND.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Birthday Wishes to DR Charles Pogue !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regarding SKYSCRAPER, who else remembers Charles Nelson Reilly on one of the Tony Awards shows:

"Spare that building
Don't tear it down, no, no, no...

[stops singing to explain]  The no-no-no's were added out of town."

I'm probably paraphrasing Mr. Reilly, it's been a few years since I heard it.

I neglected to mention that I also enjoyed yesterday's posts that included the ninja cat climbing the stairs, the moose in the sprinkler, and the Pet Shop Boys singing "Losing My Mind."
