Well, you've read the notes, the notes had a lot of G's, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they're currently Googling the Cows.

And the word of the day is: FLOCCULATE!

Smoke on your pipe and put THAT in.

I enjoyed your Lorna lyric, FJL.  At least, the one that remained.

Morning all. We are back from Long Island and I'm about to return to the office.

We now have a GPS unit. Anthony decided to get one for the trip even though he has driven that way more than once. He's worried about wrong turns in New Jersey. The unit talks you through your turns. We programmed a friend's address into the machine yesterday and drove to his house, making a surprise visit. It worked like a charm.

That's it for now. Time to put on my shoes and walk to the office.

Later, gaters.

bk, if you are talking about the clips from the version of The Brain that I edited, you asked for certain songs from the show so I made small quicktime files of them and brought them to your house on a flashdrive and you dragged those files to your laptop. (And then we watched your birthday video.) After that I'm not sure what the rest of the path was...

DAW - Didn't mean to be mysterious, but the one I removed was in exceedingly bad taste, but the rhymes went something like this imagined song (which has no basis in history):

You deserve a sis called Lorna
Namely she
One who'd help you turn the corna
Namely she

I deserve someone sweet and gentle
Someone to soothe my id
And I know just the one who did
Namely Sid

Good morning, all! Bring on the festivities! I am so excited about today's events in DC. After the frustrations of yesterday, I hope today is the proverbial sailing. I've got the Miami U Library looking for an original manuscript so my publisher and I can get a publication back on track, tonight I have my first Finale lesson (Oy! what was I thinking????), and I have a lot of work here, which I shall do as I watch the inauguration.

I also need to get back to my property selling in Ohio; I think Macbeth is waiting for some poor person to bid and then jump in with a counter offer, and I think I may foil him and sell to the other bidder just because i can. The only complication is my brother Randy, whom I do not want to put in the middle of this sibling stomping.

TOD: In the 1970s when I was doing a lot of community theatre, the hangout was a bar-restaurant called Duff's, long closed and I still miss the place and its excellent waitress Bev who was both a virtuoso at juggling orders and bills and a fan of the performers. My favorite hangout in Manhattansince the first day I stopped there was Barrymore's, also sadly gone and sorely missed.

We frequented the Dog N Suds, a root beer stand with fair food and great root beer.  It looked a lot like this....it was torn down in the 80's and now there is a little strip mall there with a CURVES and a SUBWAY sandwich shop.

Till the Clouds Roll By - that's a nice song of the day!  Hopefully they will roll by and not drop any snow.
