The court date was indefinitely postponed. If anyone knows what that means, let me know.

DR LAURA - I would say either of these outfits would put you in the fashion vanguard in ANY courtroom.  8)

Hmmmm...Kevin Spirtas played someone named Tim Burke in the 1994 short lived TV version of VALLEY OF THE DOLLS.

Why can't we get THIS on DVD?

Maybe he changed his plea to guilty as all hell?

LOL Dan (the Man).  I have difficulty imagining the case will go all the way to trial.  Where is our trial expert?  I expect, recovering from her NY adventures.

Good Afternoon!

It's snowing!  Big ole fluffy white flakes.

Looks like the weathermen and women got that right for today.

I saw the Sondheim segment broadcast on The Simpsons. It was broadcast last night and I saw it at some video site this afternoon. I'm glad I didn't take the time to watch the entire show. I was not impressed, but then (sorry those of you who are fans), I don't "get" The Simpsons. When it began as a short piece on the wonderful Tracy Ullman show it was genuinely funny and intelligent and worth the attention. Now, when I come across the show in endless reruns I find it tired, silly, repetitive and, the biggest sin of all, not remotely funny. Just my 2 cents.

We inhabit the same world DR Ben.  I just don't "get" The Simpsons. Even the colours are aggresive.

Well, that was cool... By the time the flurries fully stopped (I think), the sun broke through the clouds.  I've seen a "sun (rain) shower" before, but never a "sun flurry".

Whoa!  Well, I had heard from some friends that they were playing to considerably smaller houses last week, and according to the Broadway Grosses that just came out, I guess they weren't exaggerating.

Sherlock is still limping so we are visiting the vet today.  We aren’t sure if the problem is with his front, left or right leg or one of his shoulders.  Which makes us a bit nervous the problem is more than just a twisted something.  He isn’t holding a leg up as with a typical limp but it is obvious something is wrong when he walks.

I must mention Toto in THE WIZARD OF OZ as given a memorable performance, too. The movie wouldn't be the same without Toto.

I had a nice lunch, and then my friend Hal and I visited Jeff in the hospital where he's been since Friday. He thinks he's going to be released tomorrow.

Because of a late lunch and going to the hospital, I had time to view only one show this afternoon - last night's COLD CASE, an interesting story of a girl who was killed right after giving birth out of wedlock. Some interesting suspects among the cast. Bruce Boxleitner (who still looks very good) played the father of the child (now grown up) born out of wedlock.

DR MattH, I hope your friend will be okay.

In case anyone's interested, here's an article about another attempt to musicalize A TALE OF TWO CITIES.  I'm also displaying my friend Tony Walton's show curtain.
