Are any of you...out there in the dark..."into" the group called "Il Divo"?

I've heard of them, but I've never heard their music.  They are nice to look at, though! ;)

Sad news about Frank Gorshin.  Wasn't he still touring "Goodnight, Gracie"?  -Sorry, just haven't had the time to read the obits.

I think the Gracie tour ended last month.  He was wonderful in it

I was hoping that BK would reveal the name of the show as I am itching to reveal my announcement.

Surely there's an ointment...or some sort of cream...for that?

There are samples at Amazon of the tracks of the album...However, a Dual-Disc will be released next month with the CD tracks on one side and video of all thirteen songs being performed on the DVD side in "PCM Stereo," which I understand is decoded digital and is comparable to 5.1 stereo.

They don't do mime, huh?

Perhaps...if you hummed a few bars first.

However, I have noticed a peculiar phenomenon.  There have been occasions when I have, for whatever reason, only seen one episode of a series in first run.  Whenever I happen to tune in to that series again, in repeats, more often than not it will be the exact same episode!  I kid you not!

I mean, deja vu is creepy enough in real life!   :o

We have had the same experience. ;D

MBarnum, thank you for the much needed special vibes, especially until Monday when our vet returns.

Matt H I’m happy for you to have your friend move back.  I miss having long time close friends near by.

Sandra if our Jr. High had a science fair I don’t remember it.  The boys made volcanoes for class, I think in elementary school.  I don’t remember them having a science fair either.

My friend Beverly made a volcano for her 8th grade science project, and she burned off her eyebrows when the volcano erupted!  But they did grow back.

DICK VAN DYKE SHOW- Any show with too much Little Richie was a bad thing.

Do you think the episode where Richie and the neighbor kid audition for a show and can’t act was based on reality?  Sometimes these kids are cute when the show begins and you know why they were hired but he was terrible from the beginning. ::)

Matt H. SPOILER WARNINGS PLEASE!  I stopped reading just in time. :)

My brother said it was the best episode, but then he hasn’t seen them all.

I'm having a problem with my computer and need to restart it.  I will return soon.

Hi everyone.  Yes, I'm beyond e&t, but things have been fast and steady for the last 3 months.   Zombie Prom came and went.  The rehearsal process was awesome, while the run was plagued with WAY too much drama off stage, I was glad when we were done, which was sad because I really enjoyed the rehearsal process.

From a post WAY WAY back in April when I was debating over whether or not to musical direct I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change or play rehearsals and the pit for Ragtime, I decided to go with the one with the longer title - for a bunch of reasons, loyalty and being appreciated for being an MD rather than a pianist being the main thurst of my decision.

Other than that, I have been reading the notes every day.  I was glad I caught bk's review of "The Phantom of the Opera" of which I shared all of his thoughts and critiques.

Life continues with the end of school approaching and my voice studio doing well - and of course, the trip to Paris with my EL Eric in July.  We're going to research pastry of course (Eric is a pastry chef) but we're also going to see the sites, go to Disneyland Paris and perhaps a day trip to London.

I promise to keep up!

All great news DRMATTHEW....even offstage drama.

DRJANE - I agree that Rusty Hamer was a more natural actor and certainly got more of his laughs - I was just being faceitious.  Props to the late Rusty Hamer.

I sent DRELMORE a video tape that had a television program from January, 1957, on it.  Ford Theatre Presents Moment of Decision - Fate Travels East....starring LInda Darnell & Allison Hayes.  I don't think I put that on your tape with Betty Hutton....I thought I put an Allison show on there, but it's been so long, I don't remember what it was....or maybe I didn't.  Whew!

Wow and I thought I had a high number of posts-LOL.

You included a Perry Mason show and a Danny Thomas, both of which I haven't gotten to yet.  I set TiVo to catch the PM one and plan to watch the other one of these days.  I have problems with our VCR.  I may have to stop using it soon.

Hi-
Ha Ha Jane! That was probably an inside joke on the part of the Dick Van Dyke writers! All little Richie knew how to do was shout his lines and he could barely conceal his glee when he got a laugh.

I own Mr. Arkadin, JRand, but have never watched it. Let me know if it is worthwhile.

This weekend late at night I watched Welles' F FOR FAKE, which is not a good movie to watch while you are falling asleep. I had NO idea what was going on.

INVASION! was pure lunacy. I am in love with the lead girl in it. Mega-heat!
