While my wireless optical mouse is wonderful, the battery on my laptop (which is actually a loaner from my place of work) is no longer keeping a charge for longer than half an hour.  You might say that my battery is terminal.

Sorry for the delay, but I assume you'd want your friends to have the best possible copy.

Thanks for noticing that, Matt!

No worries about the delay---I don't even go back to work untl the middle of next week. Yay!

Does it play the Internationale?

We can make it so! I only have about 40 versions of it!

When we originally released the film back in '01, WFMU did a 2 hour show about the song, interspered with conversation with Peter Miller. Anyone who can't get enough of the song can go here:

Music of the night!

Actually, ALW's version of the tune was originally supposed to be a song called "Married Man":

Dreams of summer, secret smiles between us
Our first meeting, you'd thought they had seen us
We both tried explaining
Then it started raining
Then you said, "I love you girl," but then,
"I'm much too old to fall in love again."

I use to love Koo Koo Roo's mac and cheese, but Koo Koo Roo is completely worthless now and is a shoddy joke.

I used to love Koo Koo Roo's chicken and went there several times a week when I used to work in LA back in the early '90's. I always wished they would open one in Atlanta. Now I'm not wishing that so hard...

the idiots at the counter were, as always, completely unprepared for their visit

This is why I love the machine where you can do self-weighing of your packages and buy the postage without even going into the main office. I can mail packages at midnight if I want to.

Speaking of, JRand--a package is on its way to you today.

They were going to use the music from Rusalka for the Alfred Drake movie but decided against a Water Polo movie. Maybe that's too obscure. (Elmore!)

DR EDISAURUS - I am so glad you finally were able to wallow in ALL of the sleaze of AVENTURERA....beginning to end.

The woman who plays the madam (Andrea Palma) also appears in a large role in Tarzan and the Mermaids and it's fun to see her in an English speaking role.

May I next suggest another film introduced to me by DR MBARNUM  EN CARNE VIVA - I am sure he would make a copy for you....

Thank you DR JRand.

Pleased that the cat is black. Red would have been unseemly in a Baz Luhman sort of way.
