Thank you DR JRand.

Pleased that the cat is black. Red would have been unseemly in a Baz Luhman sort of way.

Merlin Rouge:  The once and future Queen.

LOL....but easier to see in the dark.  :D

Has anyone heard of the fate of Scarlet Street magazine?  Usually they are soliciting DVD reviews by now....or maybe I am out of favor - again.

Merlin.....although I kept calling him Merton today.  No wonder he didn't answer.  :P

Scarlet Street is basically morte.  There may be another issue or two at some point down the line, but because of Richard Valley's illnesses, he's basically done with it, I think.  Never say never, of course, and people do have a way of changing their minds.

I think I shall take a drive and see if I can find the one or two Claude Sautet films available here in the US - Cesar and Rosalie is one for sure.

I don't have an IPOD or other portable music device.  I am stuck in the early part of the 21st century, I guess.

I am about to place an order on Amazon which will include PANDORA'S BOX (prompted by BK's enthusiastic review of a few days ago.)  I had thought that this was available only in the $800 Janus Film Collection Set, but I'm overjoyed about it being released as a single DVD.

BTW, I've heard that PICKET FENCES is coming to DVD in April.  Hoo and Ray!
