And there's not-so-good news; the proposed dates for the reading of Christmas Up the Holler are taken, so we're looking at other dates now.

bk - I hope you understand that I'm not complaining about the HHW server issues. I don't pay the bills that make this wonderful forum possible, and I'm very grateful to you that you do. It's just that you're not always here, so just want you to be aware and have all the information when you need to make decisions in that regard.

Listening to this great singer handle "Where or When." Oh, it's Sandy Bainum. Of course. Makes sense.

Futzed and finessed this morning, printed out pages, Xeroxed them, had some ham and eggs, and then delivered the pages to Muse Margaret.  Came home and have written two new pages.  I'll shower now, and then I'll try to write another page or two before Jason gets here, then I'll write three to five pages later tonight.

bk should watch this clip while eating his tap-tap-tapioca pudding:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCjpP8Yn3f8#t=169

I love that!  I watched it from the beginning and it was so funny when a couple of audience members were leaving at the moment and from the aisle that the chorus was entering! :D

Grilled Tomato
Eggplant Borani

AHA!

Thanks to DR MBARNUM, I now own:

A pressbook from The Boy and the Pirates....most entertaining.

A German horror film entitled The Lake of the Dead

AND  a Sunday supplement from January, 1955, featuring Summer's Newest Bathing Suits Now!  The color cover features a quartet of beauties modeling said suits, including Miss Allison Hayes.

Glad it arrived through sleet and snow!

LAKE OF THE DEAD is great, spooky fun! I bought the region 2 disk of it, cause I liked it so much, and gifted the Sinister Cinema version to you...although it is not German, but rather it is Norwegian...or Swedish...or one of those Scandanavian type countries'.

I'm starting Jury Duty tomorrow so I won't be around these parts. I'm not taking the laptop, just my e-reader.

If you want to get out of it, just tell the judge that the guy sure looks guilty to you.
