Greetings from Toyland!  I got here to find the front door locked, but I might have beat the doorman this morning. I've unpacked my lunch, put things into the fridge, sorted the mail, and unpacked by shopping bags of all the stuff I toted down here.

I have lots to do!

I wish we had a coffee maker.

I am looking forward to the Super Bowl tonight.

But boy am I dumb. The thing I was bringing (that I was positive I had in my freezer) was not there.  I went to buy it 2 weeks ago at Costco. It's something they always have. But I remembered yesterday that they didn't have it. At least I remembered yesterday and not today.

Another of my favorite performers,  George Dvorsky, is appearing in "How to Succeed..." at the Olney Theatre in Maryland.  I was thinking today would have been a good day to see the show but I have lunch plans with my friend Dan.  I don't think he'd want to go but I guess I could ask him.

DR TCB, the clili sauce is bottled - I used Heinz yesterday.  Wished I'd bought a second bottle, because I could have used a little more for the amount of cheese I grated.  Oh, well, this batch of sandwiches will just be cheesier than usual.

No news about the car yesterday, so hopefully I will hear something tomorrow.  We are supposed to have MORE snow this week...some say on Tuesday....the almanac says Thursday....we shall see.

My nephew Danny and I had a fine day at the store yesterday and ended up with a nice sales total at the end of the day. 

I like to be BUSY when I am working rather than standing around waiting to do something.  You can only dust so much...and rearrange the shelves so many times.  Early in the day, I moved things around and wouldn't you know it - more than half the things I put in new places sold!
