Well, we have had our first snow storm of the winter.  It came up from Portland from the south, so it is kind of an unusual storm.  We have probably got about three inches, so far, but the farther south the more snow.  So I hope George doesn't have too long a drive home from the theater tonight, because they have more snow than we have.

I am very glad I'm not staying in Sochi.  Here are some "interesting" photos http://sports.yahoo.com/photos/quirks-of-sochi-construction-1391548019-slideshow/

There are are few that are outrages, or more so than the others.  This one made me laugh the most.

I'm not laughing.

Fortunately I was at work when the snow started today...and I only live about a mile from where I work...and it's completely flat, so it's all good. :D

Back from making chili with folks from church. A couple of bottles of red zinfandel were consumed.

Glad I didn't go to your church.  In my drinking days, church was the only place I stayed sober.

This Bernese Mountain Dog is behaving exactly as Sherlock would have.  Keith and I laughed through this video.
http://www.tastefullyoffensive.com/2014/02/pet-squirrel-tries-to-bury-his-nut-in.html

And speaking of Bernese Mountain Dogs, last night at the cast party, a group of us were talking and the conversation meandered to dogs (the host and his husband who play Eeyore and Owl, respectively, have a large, super gentle Akita) and someone mentioned that he was thinking about getting a Bernese.  I said that I know someone who has had Bernese Mountain Dogs and loved them (that would be YOU, Jane :D).

That was pretty much the extent of the Bernese Mountain Dog conversation last night.
