Yes, Jose had kidnapped Rodzinski and TPunk, who have been so errant and truant as to border on bitch-slap material.

I don't think I ever seen "Damn Yankees" though I did see "Field Of Dreams" (Once was enough)..

I read Pat Conroy's "The Losing Season" - dull dull dull.

American Football is a mystery!

I mentioned yesterday that we were about to watch "The Chosen". Performaces by Steiger and Schell were great but I felt "nothing" for the juveniles - Robby Benson and Barry Miller.

Which pop star has brought out this year's big selling Cd of Chistmas songs? I wonder that Rod Stewart hasn't tried.
My favourite compilation (non commercial) is one featuring the orchestrations by DR Elmore.
my favourite Christmas albums are still those by "The Carpenters".

Good evening, fellow Dear Readers. A non-stop busy day today.

I don't know from sports. I was a hometown football fan for a while, but I got tired of my DH teasing me about my losing team, so I gave it up. The most exciting sports thing I've seen was when the Diamondbacks won the World Series over the Damn Yankees.

I'm watching Son of Kong.

I heard they're working on its sequel:

Sin of King, whose prequel was Sun of Kung!

Never saw any of them! :D

Has anyone purchased new Christmas CDs this season?

I buy a few new ones every year...this year, so far, I have:

CAROLING, CAROLING by FRED WARING AND THE PENNSYLVANIANS

SNOWFALL by JACKIE GLEASON

And of course the Brian D'Arcy James Christmas album is on it's way to me now.

Matt Bogart is playing Joe Hardy.  He's second from the left in the picture/ad below:

DR TCB - There are other attractive men and women in the cast of Damn Yankee...  One of the other men is Kevin M. Burrows.  Here he is with his partner/husband, Christopher Sieber on the cover of the Advocate:

He's a great guy, and they're a great couple.  -And Chris headed down here to DC after his matinee today, and a bunch of us will be hanging out tomorrow night at one of DC's "special interest" establishments - It's Showtunes Monday at J.R.s.  ;)

Here's a "closer" pic of Matt Bogart that I took two years ago when he playing Lancelot in Camelot at Arena.  He was trying to be "tough" (and funny).
