Finished movie two.  Probably won't do movie three until tomorrow night.  Almost all the postage strips have been printed, save for orders with multiple CDs - I'll do those in the morning.

We have had the DVD sitting here from NetFlix.  I'm going to push Keith for us to watch it tonight.  He doesn't seem very interested.

Give him a break--he does have a driveway to repave, you know.  ;)

I love the driveway photos DR Jane.  What a beautiful setting to spread asphalt!

Thanks.  It was fun watching them.  I'm sorry I didn't get pics of the old driveway getting scooped out.

My wife and I watched it last night.

We thought that the performances were superb, but we found the script lacking.  Neither of us got that emotionally involved.

On the other hand, we also watched GREEN ZONE, which is a terrific political action-thriller.

Thanks.  We also have HOBSON'S CHOICE to watch & I suspect Keith will want to watch it first.

The fact that he works so hard everyday is why I usually let him choose what we watch.  That is why I often say I'm off to watch something.  I rarely know what it will be we are to watch. :)

Dog Bosco and I are babysitting little 2 year old Cole while his parents (my niece and her hubby) are at a wedding.

As I check out HHW, Cole is upstairs playing with every toy in the playroom.

It was sad seeing Bosco unable to jump into the car today. I had to pick him up and put him in.  He has been going downhill the last few weeks, losing weight and becoming very lethargic.  I suspect that the time is soon coming when he will be no more with me, and I am not quite ready to face that day.

Finally I could do it.  Even after I felt better it hurt my shoulder too much to do it.  I'm not sure how I managed to post at all-just for you Bruce. :)

MBarnum have you called the vet?  Sometimes cortisone helps with pain and increases appetite.  Side effects include drinking tons of water resulting in accidents in the house.

DR Cillaliz, I hope you DO have to water your flowers!

I watered my flowers...I should have done it last night, I thought we woudl get rain.  My parents are getting the storms again. I just called and they are in the basement with the sirens going off.  I don't think they are going to have a tornado, the one that touched ground was south west of them and moving south east so they should be ok.   It still looks like they are getting heavy storms.  She'll call when it's over.

Oh, that's so sad.  Jane is right, maybe the vet can give him cortisone or something to ease his pain

I will.  The weather men have interrupted programming to show the track of the storms.  I can tell the worst of it is south of them, so I'm not too worries.

I'm up - finally got a little over eight hours of sleep - if I can do that over the next few days, I'll be back to normal.

Doubtful!

Saturday morning greetings!  Richard and I are both suffering lower back pain - a combination of stress and not sleeping on our own TempurPedic mattress.  We all did sleep in today and we're about to go out for brunch and send DS Rob home in my car to help some friends of his move into a new apartment.  Richard and I will stay in Lima until after tomorrow's service.

Ginny what is the proper way to address Richard in his position (besides Richard)?

Gee, I don't even know the proper way to phrase the question.

Well, DR TCB, the sign in front of the church says:

The Rev'd Dr. Richard Palmer, Vicar

so you can call him Richard, Fr. Palmer, Fr. Richard, Vicar Richard, Vicar Palmer, or Dr. Palmer.  Just don't call him Dick.

How about Vic Dick?

If I had unlimited funds I'd buy really cool old endangered buildings and restore them.

Yep, that's part of our agenda, too. I'd love to restore a place like Michael Burns and his wife did.

Anyone got a spare 6 million?

I would never buy that place.  By the end of the first week, I would have fallen down that main staircase.

They would scare me too-lol.  They are very beautiful stairs.  I wouldn't mind looking at them or the rest of the house and grounds.

The Taste of Tacoma is in full swing.  The crowds are very large.  What amazes me, is that I have seldom seen this many ugly men and women in what spot.

Yes I am.  Unfortunately distance isn't helping their looks.
