I slept quite poorly, and I would love to go back to bed. I had many many dreams, and now I remember nothing of them, not even fragments.

I do not look forward to stepping out, but i must see my barber this morning. It's a short walk, and I hope my legs hold out.

I need an English comedienne like Patricia Routledge who's in her late 40s-early 50s.

Thanks, Elmore. Remind him I that he doesn't need to hurry out. I have to go back to the car, since I can't bring anything inside the thee-der with me.

I cannot account for it, but I am feeling FANTABULOUS today.

I had a terrific sleep.  When I awakened (about 20 minutes ago), I felt rested, HUNGRY, and couldn't wait to get a start on the day.

THAT NEVER HAPPENS any more.  But it did happen today.

YAY!

I may be able to attribute some of my mood upswing to last night's dinner.

First, eating at 5 p.m. must not be underrated or poo-poohed.  You get the rest of the evening to digest your food, enjoy conversation, noodle on your computer and go to bed at your regular time.

And let me tell you, I have been noodling nightly before bedtime...on my computer, that is.

Second (Ialmost forget there was a second), my mood upswing is likely attributable to the absolutely wonderful (and tasty) meal I had for dinner. What a joy to know there is a place with a variety of offerings and to learn that each is going to be perfectly prerpared for my taste buds' edification.

Lina Wertmuller has died. I admired some of her films more than I liked them.

So there you have it!

And what, may I delicately ask, is it that TCB did to break his ankle?  He said he "tiled over" his scooter.

Whatever it is, he broke bones and that is not to be taken lightly.

Major vibes to Tom that the surgery goes well and that his recovery is swift.

Already done. I reminded both John and Adam Grupper.

I tried to listen to the new West Side Story soundtrack during my treadmill stint this morning, but the sound of the machine and the fan kind of drowned it out. What I could hear sounded pretty great.

I am worried now that DR singdaw has mentioned that Smarty The Car and The Smart TV may be in collusion against me.....

I'm almost afraid to turn on the TV. I might see some Spanish dancers say: "Why don't you get out of here, Finchley!"
