DR Ginny, I was thinking that perhaps you and Richard should meet DR MBarnum and me around 5:00 at the box office for CURTAINS.  If there's any ticket problem, we should know before Friday so I can do some trouble shooting,

Good idea, DR Elmore, providing we're there on time.  Our train is due in just before 3pm, which should give us plenty of time to get checked in at the hotel and over to the theatre.  I'll call you if it looks like we'll be delayed.

I don't know, DR Cillaliz, a toilet seat at Sardi's will be hard to top!

If Sardi's is crowded, then you already have a seat!

When we were in Torremagiore, shooting in Sacco's home town, we were surprised to find that the toilet in our hotel had no toilet seat. Peter's room was the same.

We went out to a coffee shop, and then a restaurant for dinner. No toilet seats in sight.

We were starting to think it was a cultural thing, like those bathrooms that just consist of a hole in the floor where you hunker down,

The next day, on our way out of town, we passed a place that wasn't an official dump, but a place where everyone ditched stuff.

There were over a dozen toilet seats in the piles of refuse!

DR ELMORE exactly what OPTIONS are you looking for in your toilet seat?

The possibilities are endless!

If Fox is doing a Joan Collins DVD boxed set, wonder if they'll put in THE VIRGIN QUEEN. Of course, that's really a Bette Davis movie, but I want that movie in a fabulous anamorphic transfer.

Actually, I read somewhere that Fox wants to do a Bette Davis box, but other than PHONE CALL FROM A STRANGER and THE VIRGIN QUEEN, what else do they have of hers (not counting ALL ABOUT EVE which is already available). THE NANNY perhaps?

We had a wonderfully wonderful evening, and it was great fun to kidnap dear Larry, and have good eats, and see just a silly fun mindless show.  At least it was what I needed !   :D

I began my evening's viewing with THE FAMILY STONE. I did enjoy the film, and the characters are interesting.

I do regret that the coupling switches were so blatantly telegraphed; really brought the film down a notch or two for me.

And as usual, being with dear Jose and dear Jason, is like being in between a pair of kind, sweet, caring, and talented bright lights.

I'm lucky to share such a fun evening.

Next I watched ZERO HOUR! I had never seen this film, and, oh boy, did AIRPLANE! take every situation in it and play it for all it was worth.

AIRPLANE! aside, I enjoyed the melodrama of the film, and the transfer looks very nice. Sharp, anamorphic, with just a couple of stray scratches.

One irritation. I was heartened to see my beloved John Ashley's name in the credits. Imagine my utter dismay when he turns up as an Elvis-type singer on a TV in the background of a scene.

ATTENTION DR BEN ----------

I think you are probably already logged off and maybe asleep, but I'm hoping you might see this in the morning.

I plan to give you a call around 10:30 or so in the morning, to see if there was any chance thaqt you and Ant could have lunch tomorrow (right there in your area).

The only problem is that I only have what I think is your home phone # ( ends in ...0330).  Maybe you could PM me your work # or cell # (if you have one).  I'll check my messages here in the morning.

Thanks a heap !!...........

I started another MURDER SHE WROTE episode, but I only got a little ways in. I'll finish it tomorrow. It's the one where Jessica is in Moscow and has Tony Geary, David McCallum, and Jeremy Kemp as guest stars.

I finished the evening with another excellent episode of RESCUE ME. A truly shocking ending but some fun sequences earlier with Probie/Mike and Tommy on a man-date

I'm going to sign off, and enjoy a nice sleep now.  But I have to tell you that due to the incredibly sweet, helpful, and outgoing nature of dear Jose, a major "personal one-to-one" connection and introduction took place this afternoon.  It is something that I've wanted for a long time for Hopeful Heart, and Jose made it happen easily and effortlessly, and in a relaxed environment.

THANK YOU Jose......

DR singdaw - I play from the piano/vocal score during ACL rehearsals.  -With the proper inserts for the half-new version of "Music and the Mirror", the transposition of "Dance: Ten, Looks: Three", and the ending of "What I Did for Love".

DR MusicGuy - Thank you!  Thank you!  Thank you!

And it was my pleasure to introduce you to Baayork today.  -And I guess it was in the cards for you to meet up today since our rehearsal ended early, and you let yourself have a lazy morning.  The timing was perfect.  I could tell she really appreciated meeting you and sharing your stories and memories of Rick Mason.  I'm sure today will not be last time you two connect.  I'm also pretty sure you can consider yourself part of the A Chorus Line Family now.

bk - You can host files on AOL and on TimeWarner - both services provide you with FTP space.

On AOL, just got to Keyword: My FTP Space.  There's an FAQ and guide there.  Just be sure to keep track of the resulting URL - and, remember, capitalization counts.

On TimeWarner, you just go "your" homepage, and their should be a link to FTP space somewhere there.  It would set up in the same "space" you would set up your own website/pages.

And, yes, I saw Xanadu again tonight.

And I liked it again tonight.

And they didn't seem to have any sound problems tonight.

And there were a couple of new touches in the show tonight too.

And, yes... Cheyenne Jackson.  :D
